Always entering the store my husband and I greeted with a smile today we went to buy a some things and Evelyn the cashier helped us with our purchase and thanked us for shopping at CVS.

Maria provided exceptional customer service and was extremely helpful with getting me through the line and helping process the coupons the self check out would not take. Exceptional customer experience!!! Everyone should have an employee like Maria! Thank You!!!

Have been dealing with this fine place for years. There is a total commitment to your prescription needs. I am called when refills are needed and when ready. If looking for something in the store there is always a obliging attendant to help. The only thing that could be hoped for would be a old fashioned soda fountain—sadly those days are over. A very nice place to do business.

I went into fill my prescription the other day and had the most pleasant experience with the pharmacist, I believe his name was Phap Truong. He was very helpful and answered all my questions and truly made me feel like he cared about my wellbeing. That’s very rare now a days! I’ll definitely recommend this CVS to anyone in Key west! Great customer service.

This is probably the best CVS I have ever been too!! The people are super friendly and always willing to help! The pharmacy staff is awesome☺☺☺☺ they are very knowledgeable and helpful when needed! I have been dealing with this location for some years and never have been nothing but happy with the service they provide. I love doing business with this company.

The team there was great. I was transferring a prescription from another CVS that was out of state, and they seamlessly looked up my records. No confusion and no waiting!

They were very nice and accomodating to me. Ive had other pharmacies treat me badly but that was not my experience here....thanks guys!
