Friendliest most helpful employees at this harbor freight store that I have experienced

I bought a rechargeable elec push mower (and a bunch of other stuff) at Harbor Freight about six weeks ago. The battery and charger were sold separately. The mower required some assembly. A woman loaded it for me into the back of my Jeep. I offered to help her. She declined and picked it up like it weighed a pound...a big box...and placed in gently in the Jeep. When I got it home and was removing it, I was flabbergasted at how heavy it was; probably 75 lbs or more. Holy moly! Never cross that woman at Harbor Freight! Anyway...the mower works perfectly. There are ports for two batteries in it, but only one is needed. It mows the whole yard (with mulching and a bag) on one charge. I am sold on Harbor Freight.

Great place to find a little bit of everything. Look this store has so much to offer for all of your everyday products to your more skilled diehard jobs. Tools for all levels of knowledge. Great price and so far every store that I have been in the staff is friendly and will help you in any way. So for that next project around the house or that big job at the job give Harbor Freight a look they just might have what you need to get the job done fast and cheap 😉 👍

This HF is so much better than Decatur or Huntsville. The staff are helpful and genuinely courteous. I had some questions about a generator and they answered my questions, Looked up stock status and explain the warranty. Not once did I feel like I was a burden on them like I regularly do at Decatur or a Huntsville. Decatur and Huntsville wants you out of there as quickly as possible and there default answer is “we don’t have it”. I’ve now found my new harbor freight.

Harbor Freight needs to give two employees at the Hartselle Alabama store number 03117 a Big raise for doing an awesome job. They went out of there way to help everyone that came into that store while we were there.
The two employees working there at 5:00 pm tonight was some of the nicest people we have ever dealt with from any harbor freight store.This store is the cleanest I have ever seen for a harbor freight store.The store was stocked and the aisle's was clean and not full of stuff keeping you from getting up and down them. We do spend alot of money at Harbor Freight and this store is further away from us but for now on this will be the store we go to. It's all about the people working at the store who cares about the customer and going out of there way to help you now days you can't find people like that. They where extremely courteous with us and everyone that came into this store while we were there.

If youre not shopping here for your tools and other shop needs then you're doing it wrong! This is the best place to find low prices on everything you need with knowledgeable staff, I was given a lot of good information on airbrush machines that helped me to decide what I'd like to get and wonderful managers,Emily is awesome! I just bought a rotary tool and will be coming back for an airbrush soon! With awesome prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff you can't go wrong here!! Thank you harbour freight!!!

Love it! I know the quality of the tools isn't "supposed" to be as great as other bigger brands, but I've never had an issue with anything I've bought from here.

Always been able to go in and get what I need and get out the full helping load and unload if I had returns since you ponds give me updates on all the deals

The staff here is awesome. They know their products and are always ready to help.
