I rarely write reviews because often times the service is adequate, but nothing special. This shop gives personal service, has a nice clean showroom, and an owner who genuinely wants to earn the customer's
business. All parts I needed were in stock. Marty makes a person feel good about spending money here. Customers just want a good attitude, some hustle, and good old fashioned service that provide the buying experience that people want and deserve.

Marty is very friendly and personal. Had lots of info and has sold mowers to multiple people in my neighborhood who all had positive things to say.

Just purchased a 2nd hand mower, will update the review in a year or so with updates.

They are currently working on my 31 year old Stihl leaf blower.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable, not only about their equipment, but about brands they don't carry.. pros and cons with zero selling pressure.. I will definitely be back, thanks guys!

I called this morning needing a carb for my Stihl trimmer. I talked to someone right away, they had the part in stock and at a good price. I sent my friend to pick it up while I worked on the trimmer. When he returned he told me the guy that sold him the carb suggested that we check the screen in the muffler before we replaced the carb. Pulled the screen out and it was completely carboned up. After I cleaned the screen the trimmer started very quickly and ran better than it had in years. The sales person said they would be glad to take the carb back. Wow! how many places would do that. They will get all of business from now on.

This is a place full of equipment know-it-alls.
They’ll sharpen your mower blades like a razor blade and diagnose any equipment issue immediately….right there in front of you. I’ve never had an issue, ever.

Purchased a new zero turn Gravely 52” mower today from the Garnetts’. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Friendly staff, answered all my questions, instilled confidence in the machine and their service department should I ever need it. This is my first mower purchase in over 25 years. After extensive research I settled on Gravely and I’m glad I found Garnett’s. We mowed our lawn in half the time of our John Deere. Very pleased!

Guys up front are friendly and very experienced.
They take the time to answer any questions that you have on an existing mower or new mower. The mechanics in the back take time to tell you what's wrong with your mower and explain what's wrong with it .
Great location easy to pull trailer in and have plenty of room to move your trailer without being blocked or blocking anybody else .
Best experience all around been mowing commercially for 14 years best service hands-down .
