I am not really a big person on reviews, but here it goes! I have two experiences with car beyond store and both have been great! First experience I had was purchasing a black plate for my Buick. The plate was a little expensive, so I bought one to start to see the quality. I called in a dealt with Colin, he set me right up and had a plate to my house in two days. The plate came and it was nicer than expected. So I ordered my second plate, this time I called in and dealt with an employee named Trenton. Same experience, it was great, quick, and easy. I will be returning very soon. Keep up the great work guys.

Bought F-250 Superduty iPhone case. Nicer than I expected. In about 2 weeks the outside band had broken. Wrote to Car Beyond through Amazon. Got a return email within the hour, followed by a phone call to make sure I did what was needed to get a replacement. My replacement case was in the mail with in two hours of the time I first contacted them. I am truly amazed, never have had such responsive service. Car Beyond has earned a new customer.

Quality product and Awesome Customer Service. License plate frame arrived damage. Called company, sent photos and Matthew had a replacement out within an hour. Arrived the next day. Would not hesitate to recommend or do business with again.

I spoke with Matthew about my Sunshield sizing problem and he immediate took charge and had the needed adjustments I requested made. The new Sunshield arrived shortly thereafter. I was very impressed with how quickly this problem was addressed and corrected. Great customer service.

love the customer service i bought a cobra key chain with a picture of a cobra and the word cobra on it, but when i received it did not have the word cobra on it i was a little disappointed because i named my new puppy cobra, but matthew from customer service was great he called me immediately to resolve the problem he took care of me and my issue he was great. the company is very respectful thank you everyone at Car Beyond Store

Placed an order on amazon for a obx shift knob. Package got lost from carrier. I email car beyond and they responded very quickly and offered to send a replacement. I finally got my shift knob that was delivered to the wrong house.

I ordered a carbon fiber Civic license plate frame. In checking out the frame in better lighting it is exactly what I ordered and I am extremely pleased!! Note to self- get better lighting 😊

Product seems to be fine. Customer service, not so good at this point. Just got two of them only need one. No one wants to talk about returning anything, phone calls as well. Let me update that, I received a call after my original post from what sounded like a very polite and helpful young lady. I'm grateful, that's is all wanted. Thank You.

I ordered from this company on Amazon. Quality was not as described and item did not fit my vehicle. After requesting a RMA number for return......Tom and Grant from Car and Beyond called my personal number they lifted from shipping info provided Amazon!! I called Amazon and was told that is a clear violation of Amazon policy and they would handle it. Amazon service is great.....shopped on their site for years and NEVER a problem, returns yes, problems with sellers like Car and Beyond, never.
After I posted a negative review on Amazon site, Tom at Car and beyond denied my return request and canceled my RMA request. WTH? I will stick with Amazon, but only orders "fulfilled and shipped by Amazon." Lesson learned!!!!

I'm in the process of fixing an order that never reached me - I believe them in that USPS messed up somewhere. But their customer service is unbelievably rude. They managed to do ok the first time when I emailed, in that they said they'd get back to me. Subsequent emails went unanswered. Then two phone calls were not handled well. On the first call I was put on hold and no one picked up the call. Second call, they said they'd call me back so I provided my number - they never called back. Eventually I got a hold of someone online and on the phone, but it was a constant heated exchange because they took things so personally and never apologized about their bad service. When I brought it up, they simply ignore you and say, "what can I help you with?", then promise on things that they don't plan on keeping.If it weren't for the product being needed as a Christmas gift, I'd already file a complaint with the credit card and move on. I am giving them one last chance to have the product to me before Christmas. BTW, they promised they would provide a tracking number, but of course I have nothing so far. They have my email and number - so they know how to get a hold of me. Let's see how they handle this, but I can guarantee they will be rude and not apologize when an order is screwed up.

If they do read this and decide to respond, they'll likely blame the customer and ignore any of the complaints that were made.

DON’T BUY! To anyone looking to buy a Ram 3D logo on Black Bilet trailer hitch cover, I'd recommend not buying this product ..SEE PHOTO...I ordered the item which is a Ram hitch cover from carbeyondstore..Within a three weeks the screws were rusting and bleeding on the cover. I was told that the vendor claimed that they had accidentally used the wrong screws and after some time received a replacement after shipping the defective one back. Within two weeks it did the same thing. I've sent in a request for a refund and have not received a response from Car Beyond as of today . At this point I'm expecting to just absorb the loss. Not sure how they're able to keep selling this item.

I never post reviews, but I am so dissatisfied with my product and the customer service, that I felt I should share my experience. The license plate frame I received is nothing like what I ordered. In addition to it being visually different, it's so much longer from top to bottom, that the bottom of it rattles against my Grand Cherokee's hatch. It's larger than a standard sized frame and doesn't fit in the recessed area on my hatch like it's supposed to. For that reason I cannot use it. Car Beyond asked me to email them pictures for the manufacturer to review. Why is the manufacturer involved? I didn't buy it directly from the manufacturer, otherwise I'd be contacting them. I bought it from Car Beyond. It is the responsibility of Car Beyond to stand behind their products. They admitted the manufacturer is different but they will not admit to it being different than what's on their website. Take a look at the pics, it's impossible to say the frame I received is the same as what's on their website. Car Beyond will respond to this review and say that I should have inspected the item prior to putting it on my car. They will be unable to resell the item which is why they don't want to take it back. If they sent me the wrong item, it should not be the customer who ends up losing. It's the seller's fault for not updating their product on their website if the manufacturer and product changes. It should not be my fault, regardless of if I "used" for two days. They shouldn't try to resell the product anyways. Would they try and "trick" the next poor customer who buys this item? It's terrible customer service to not stand behind their products. It's too bad too because they have some great items on their website.

I ordered a front plate bracket for my 2012 Charger, they sent a bracket that did not fit, and it did not match the description in their ad. I tried to install the plate and due to fitment it ended up being very low to the ground. I hit one speed bump (one I normally go over every day) and it scratched the bracket. I uninstalled it first thing when I came home and called the company. They then told me that an SRT8 Charger is not the same as a 2012 Charger, however there was no option for an SRT8, so I assumed fit was universal. Even though they did not state this in their ad, nor do they have an SRT8 option, they still told me that I was not eligible for a refund. They gave me $27 back after spending $90, they also forced me to pay for return shipping with was about $10, so my total refund was $17 dollars on a $90 purchase that they now have back! What a joke! They showed no empathy on the phone, would not transfer me to a manager, and did not try and help me in any way. They only took my money, and the product back, and I'm stuck with nothing but frustration. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I would NEVER recommend dealing with this company. I had a problem with a shipment I received from them. The apparel that was ordered did not fit, and when I requested a return, they were very uncooperative. The item was an item that was just ordered, still had it's original tags and stickers on it, and I simply asked for an exchange or a refund. They were not willing to let me ship the item back to them, refund me or let me exchange the item. They basically told me "tough S"...... Be warned!

I purchased a sunshade from this Company and they sent a completely different unit.
Before I purchased from Car Beyond I sent this Company asking if the merchandise pictured was what I would receive and thier response " is just as pictured".
The item sent was completely different and the solution was to spend more money as they had the wrong one pictured

If you order something and unwrap it and find it isn't going to work, don't bother wasting your time and money sending it back. Just throw it in the garbage. If it's unwrapped, they'll say it is not in new condition and give you a refund that won't even cover your shipping. I even told the rep on the phone it was unwrapped. I'm sure it will be resold. What a scam.
