My wife and I bought a sectional last year and dining room suit from Badcock. It is gorgeous and so comfy. We bought an elegant bedroom suit yesterday. Dorothy is the best sales lady and the owner, Mark, is always so helpful. He sat down with us and helped us make the best choices for our home. We will be back to get those Chicken lamps for our Keep Our Pets Food Bank 501c3

We live in Litchfield and went to Babcock's this week. Wow did not know how big it was and the great selection they have there . We got a great recliner. Chase was the person who helped us she was excellent and the other sales people today who helped us load the chair into our car were wonderful. I will go back for future purchases.

I went there on 12 December with my son. The lady was really sweet and really nice. She went out of her way to help us out with anything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this place again. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Had a hip replacement and my wife stoped by the store to see if they had a lift chair. They went to their warehouse to get it and had it to my house within 1.5 hours. Now that is great service!!!

Dorothy maids at this location was amazing her staff made it so nice took there time help up like no other badcock we don't live in sc but bought the stuff we wanted it was all in shock and took it to Florida it's so nice to be treated with kindness please stop in there the best

Nice place. Furniture is not the highest quality but the prices reflect that.

In the past we’ve had decent experience but we’ve been waiting on a bed from them since beginning of may it’s now the very end of august. They always have a different date of arrival when we go there or call. We never get a call from them we always are the ones to touch base. Can’t even make a payment on other items we got until the bed arrives. Could’ve had most of it paid off by now and would’ve been a plus to our credit as well

If you purchase furniture from this store don't expect to receive delivery for at least six to seven months. the sales lady Dorothy at the store is a liar don't believe anything that comes out of her mouth. And if you do purchase furniture from the store you might want to go ahead and put a lawyer on retainer you're going to need one. We purchased a table which was delivered damaged and never received the bench seat and now they're giving us a run around.
