I went in with a phone that had muted volume when answering. I worked with an awesome customer service rep named Abram who was top notch!!!! He is so friendly with a welcoming warm smile that stayed present the entire time. He took his time to problem solve and listened attentively to what I had to say. Abram is a prime example of customer care. From the moment I walked in to the time I walked out Abram was one of the kindest humans I have worked with who bestowed great knowledge and advice. Even though I left with needing a new phone or continuing to answer calls on speaker my experience working with Abram was the best!! I still left US Cellular beaming as my time working with Abram was unlike any other experience at US Cellular. His compassion for quality customer service, positivity and warm demeanor, honesty, knowledge of my phone and time to investigate and problem solve collaboratively was top tier and has set the bar high. Christian and Carlos did a great job working with moving me from prepaid to post paid. Carlos spent three hours helping me way above and beyond because of some technical issues with towers and needed phone updates. Amazing service!

After spending a lot of time on the phone with USC tech support and then Samsung tech support, they were not able to resolve an ongoing issue with a phone I purchased about 4 months ago. Phenomenal service. Anything with technology and trying to get it to work is annoying and Maddy did a great job not only getting my issue fixed but was also helping guide new employees around her so the customers her co workers were helping were also getting their needs met. She is a wonderful employee- very professional! she was the one who greeted me when I walked in and seriously was a model employee. She also greeted the Spanish speaking customers in Spanish which you could tell provided a welcoming experience for everyone. I was in the us cellular in Verona earlier in the day and didn’t get the help I needed and left very frustrated. Leaving the Fitchburg store I felt like I hope more companies can recruit people like Maddy! She truly was incredible.

I went in on 9/17 I believe, to ask questions about the new iPhone 14’s. Zander was very helpful with all the information I was looking for. I tried to order our phones online, but it wouldn’t let me order all three upgrades, so I only ordered our son’s and went in for the husband and I’s upgrades. Zander was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and a good sport with my technological challenges. He was very funny as well and I have told everyone at work about him. The other two staff members there, a bi-lingual gentleman and a woman who came in from another store to help, were also very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

Our family of four went to US Cellular to take advantage of their recent offer. We have been with US Cellular for 26 years and have had good service however nothing compares to the service we received from Nate Borgerding. He was kind, helpful, patient and spent hours with us going over options and honestly helping us with the right phones for our needs. He was able to get our new phones over night which was fantastic because our daughter does not live in Madison and told us to text him when they arrived. He then met us at the US Cellular Verona store and spent 2 hours setting up our phones ON HIS DAY OFF! In todays world where service is a lost art, Nate far exceeded our expectations. We cannot say enough about this experience! Thank you.

My family and I had a great experience at this US Cellular! We were working with Dylan and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable about literally every question we had and was so friendly. He even came on over an hour early to work with us because my husband had worked with him earlier in the week. Such an easy transition to US Cellular and very glad we had Dylan to work with!

I have had the best customer service experience with Brandon! He helped me get a new phone about a year ago and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was going well with some specific app questions I had.
