The UPS Store

The employees who work at this location are so kind, helpful, and patient. They are lovely every time I drop off labeled packages or have a return. The new (younger male) worker is not as friendly and knowledgeable yet, but I assume that is due to being new!

Personally, I recommend purchasing labels at home, or through a selling platform. The workers have no say- the prices will be higher in store than with e-commerce discounts. To be fair to negative reviewers, the prices in person can be quite high! The workers cannot adjust or change the shipping prices, and they have wonderful customer service.

I really like this UPS store. They're very nice and friendly.

The employees are so nice and gentle each and every time I come in the store and the store is always clean. I come to this one the most and it’s because of the people so nice and amazing customer service .

Great location! Great people! I have been there twice this past month to return items that didn’t work. One was a set of four rotors and brake pads in a box that was 67 pounds. There were several ladies there and I wasn’t sure they would be able to lift the box to move it. I offered to move it for them and they were very appreciative for the help. Again, many smiles and kind words from them.
Unfortunately I have another package to return, but I look forward to another pleasant experience.

The lady behind the counter was being talked to like trash by a customer, she remained calm..I witnessed the whole thing..To the customer who tried to play the race card ,You were on your phone. Get off and you'll get served.. wasn't your skin was your attitude your phone bs.. take 5 min put the phone down handle business, then do your squawking.. rest of us don't have time for your calls . Keep it moving. Not about you .

Outstanding service. Linda was pleasant, helpful and a delightful change from the folks working in the post office. Actually seems to like her job, and shipment was less expensive than the post office and nowhere near the wait time in line. Will be shipping via UPS in the future

The staff at this location have always been so friendly and incredibly helpful. I was searching high and low for a specific box to ship a computer and they took the time to not only find the exact size I needed, but they also gave me several price estimates for various shipping options and the latest I could drop off the package for same-day pick up. I couldn't have been happier with their level of customer service.

Always quick and easy transactions in the store. Most Amazon returns don't require packaging. The entrance is tough for mobility disabled, not using a wheelchair. You have the choice of many steps, or a very long walk up the wheelechair ramp. However, there are railings on both sides of the ramp to help ambulation. Note, that the handicapped parking is at the bottom of the ramp, about 4 parking spots down from the stair entrance.

Great 1st time experience. I had a return to ship back to a store and a package to ship to a private address. The staff was so wonderful! They informed me of all of my options and services that are in the store as well, such as stamps, faxing, copying etc. Now that I'm working from home, this location is very convenient to assist me with things I no longer have access to in an office setting.

Polite staff. Packages arrived at the other end unharmed. Convenient location. Parking lot accessible from the Walmart parking lot. Traffic can be rough making the Walmart entrance easier.

The ladies at the store were incredibly helpful, got my QR codes scanned for my return and sent me on my way. Will definitely use this store again.

I find the staff at the store to be very efficient and friendly. It makes me wonder why some people have such a bad experience.
