Big Lots

I love BIg Lots their prices are reasonable and nice quality I'm planning on buying sofa, love seat and recliner in the next two months

Love, Love, Love this Big Lot's Location. I spent an hour in this store recently taking pictures of some of the inventory that i wanted to buy. The staff didn't care asked me if i needed help with anything. Just looking around. I did buy a soda and lemonade on my way out the door. Need to get back there and purchase a few things to add to my baby yoda collection before they no longer have them in stock.

Purchased a mattress and box spring set. Popular and reliable brand and reasonably priced. Spent twice as much st another retailer.

Very clean and organized. I bought a Polo gift set for a great price. There was a nice sale on high quality slippers. Buy one get one half price.

We knew what we wanted (furniture) and we had 3 different girls helping us. They were great. While waiting on us, they also had an irate lady, who was yelling at them and demanding their attention. These 3 ladies, held their composure and dealt with her and also took care of us. I can't say enough about a great they handled the situation. No one who works with the public should ever be treated like these 3 workers were. Thank you. We will always continue to shop Big Lots

This Big lots is Great 👍. My wife and I were shopping for an entertainment center and the store Asst. Manager helped us while they were extremely busy. The assistant manager went bove and beyond to get use the exact item that we wanted even though it wasn't officialy in stock , she took the time to check a truck that had just delivered a new shipment of merchandise and got our item that we wanted for us that day. I can not tell you how much it ment to me that she took the extra time to find the item. I will return to this store many more times because of the excellent customer service. I hope this organization will recognize the amazing employee they have with the assistant manager.

Big Lots, is a store full of many things from necessities to gift ideas to home furnishings, home needs, food and so much more. I feel they have manitained well, keeping the lowest prices, on their merchandise, to the best of their ability. I'm very happy with my shopping experiences there, and with the purchases that I have made. When I have had to do a return, It has not ever been a troublesome time. With receipt and with original packaging, I do always have with me, with my return. I also get my return back sooner then later, and the return process is a smooth time. Store is kept clean and is good on keeping items stocked and available. Staff is friendly and happy to be of help to their customer and their needs.

I went to Big Lots today to see if I could find a case for my tablet. Unfortunately, they don't have them anymore.

The customer service I received today was beyond exceptional!!! Manager Allison, went beyond above and beyond to help us with an issue we had. We lost our receipt on a chair that became damaged and we wanted to exchange it. Allison made phone call after phone until she finally got results for us and we were able to exchange our chair for a new one. Thank you very much for the customer service we recieved!!! There's no question in my mind that we will always continue to shop at Big Lots. And we love the new chair, it's incredible!!!

It's different inside. I like it. More open. Had everything i needed today-new heater, Tide, and Snuggle dryer sheets.
Shelves were stocked. Looks fantastic - clean.

I know it's not Walmart. Too me it's the next best thing. I love the layout of the store. Its different from before. Went and bought some furniture for the first time. No offense shop around. I am sure that you'll agree that Big Lots has great quality furniture after you check other stores. Plus they always have freebies with membership and discounts. Hope this helps someone!

Very clean, more reasonable than popular box store, starts with a"W". They have a rewards points program as a plus! I love my "Big Lots" store!! They have everything, check out their furniture too!!

The store is so neat & very well organized! A very kind & helpful clerk by name of Kathy helped us find what we were looking for! Cashier was very friendly & outgoing! We got everything we came in for!!

Always love to check out what they have in stock. I buy a lot of grocery items and snacks their. Staff is always friendly too! Great deals!

The Big Lots store on Dewey Ave in Rochester is HUGH! Very neatly arranged and new stock waiting. Great selections on all items. Spring is around the corner😃

Excellent customer service. I returned a piece of furniture I purchased as it had a factory defect and they replaced it with a more expensive piece as they no longer had any of the one I originally purchased. Very friendly and accommodating. Kudos to Theresa the furniture manager.
