Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

This SW store has become my go-to for paint projects. The associates who work here are so incredibly friendly and helpful. My visit today was a bit of an impulse, but I was in and out with what I needed in no time at all.
Sherwin Williams paint itself is not the cheapest, but you get a quality product that LASTS.

Have to give credit where credit is due!!!!! Today I went to Sherwin Williams in Chili Paul Plaza. I was and am still totally impressed with the level of patience and willingness to help me by Miguel. The other day I bought 2 gallons of their amazing interior paint and thought I had the perfect color----until my sister and I opened the can of paint, stirred it and realized---wow---this is way too light in color. I knew I couldn't return it so i brought back to the store and had a conversation with Miguel---I let him know I knew he would not be responsble if things went drastically wrong--but if we could find a color that was of the basic paint family and enhance the product. He was amazing and was willing to take on the challenge. He worked his magic and was able to allow me to leave the store with a paint color that I not only loved in the store, but also a color I love on my walls of my family room! Thank you so much for taking the time to help me in my time of panic! You demonstrated customer service that use to happen on regular basis that is a rarity now! Thank you so much! I appreciate your adventurous spirit with my situation and will recommend you and your store to all who I know. THANKS! I will be back due to your great customer service, Miguel!!!!!

The staff is very helpful. We stopped in when we were buying paint for our new house and they talked to us about what type of paint and primer we'd need, what colors might be interested in and what tools were best for the job. At the time they were offering an in home color consultation for $50 but if you bought paint from them they put that $50 toward your purchase.

Sales staff Evan and Richard were very helpful. They answered all my questions while I decided what type of paint and colors to use in our new home. The 40% off was a sale I took advantage of and I was aware of this sale because I receive emails from Sherwin-Williams. I have been very satisfied with this store.

The associate named Makayla was very helpful, personable and knowledgeable. I went in a few times to pick out the perfect paint and supplies and I was very happy with my purchase and experience thanks to her.

We have gotten all of our house paint from Sherwin Williams. There's is the best quality paint, hands down. The staff is always very friendly and helpful in answering my many questions. They make sure you have the right stuff for your projects every time.

I wandered in looking to repaint a room in my home. Rich was the sales guy and told me about all of the options available in determining good color choices. I asked him if Behr (Which I have used previously) was any better or not. He was completely honest and said it is a close comparison, but Sherwin Williams usually edges them out. People aren't as familiar with their paints. The sales staff is educated in paints and tips. The store has everything you need for painting. They also sell stains and myriad of accessories. As I left he thanked me for asking. Apparently there motto is you can always ask.

Iv gotten all my paint for my house here in the last 2 years. The staff can answer all questions which is great when you are like me and dont know the correct tools and paint to buy for certain walls/ceilings.
