The Koop, the chicken use to be good I'd come to eat it 2 to 3 times a week. Now it tastes dry and like it was reheated. Not juicy and fresh like it use to taste. Definitely slacking and wondering if the food standards are even to code now.

As of 12/22/23 Nobody buy chicken from The Koop at the exxon in Indian Trail. I just got some, and after biting into it, was slimy, had a bad taste and smell. Don't go there. Also if I die from eating it, someone sue them on my behalf.

This place needs some help. Slow service. Associates spend more time talking about nonsense than effectively doing there job and doing so efficiently. They just don't care or don't know what they're doing. Maybe both...

Almost everytime I visit this store I have to wait to be served while cashiers either talk to each other or talk for a unusual length of time to one of their friends. .All you have working there are a bunch of kids who couldnt care less whether they give good service or not. Hire some responsible adults,why dont you. I for one will not shop there anymore. Like you really care anyway.

So you took out something good (Subway) that was run by good people and put in some crappy knockoff that is apparently run by people that want to stand in the back and talk? That makes perfect sense. Oh, and the sandwiches are mediocre.

$8.40 for 3 pc chicken only, no sides no roll no drink, is too expensive.
