The store is always organized and size sorted. The clerk welcomed us to the store and informed me of the special sales. Great selection of all men's clothing. Shoes, tshits, swimsuits to dress suits. Great store! Clean store and very helpful employees.

I stopped by the Novi DXL store to do a belt exchange for a different size and style. The staff was very friendly and efficient in helping me with my shopping needs. I will definitely Shoppe at this store again!

I cannot adequately express how impressed I was with the customer service I received at your Novi store! I was in a serious time crunch, and I needed a sports coat and slacks for my Uncle's funeral the next day. The young lady that assisted me on Monday, December 11th, was a miracle worker! She was very patient with me, and found me an excellent black sports coat that I could wear, right off the rack, and sent me to the equally-awesome Mr. Bazzi's shop, to put a quick hem in the pants! I was in-and-out of DXL in less than an hour, and home before my dinner got cold! Koraey is the greatest of all time. Man was friendly, quick, and got everything done on the first try. What i expected to take an hour was done in like 20 minutes

Our associate was so incredibly helpful. They looked up our last purchase to obtain the pre-measured sizes, and spent as much time as we needed putting together our outfit. The Novi store has the best team members and they genuinely care about the customer.

Tim and Jennifer the assistant & main store manager are amazing! They are both kind, professional, and knowledgeable of what I was looking for. I have a hard time finding clothes sometimes, but not here! It was like a dream come true with the selection and variety they have in stock. Keep up the good work guys 🤙

Great to find extra size

Beware their hand sanitizer, it has some kind of stank in it. I had to cut my shopping trip short to go home and scrub it out of my hands. However, everyone who works there is great - knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. I will go again, but I will bring my own sanitizer.

Every time i come in Emery has helped me find everything I need regardless of how picky I am being and trust me I can be picky but she always helps and never seems bothered.

I can not say enough about how amazing the staff is at the Novi location. My husband and I have always had a great experience there. Jen is spectacular and I always know that she will help find the perfect thing for my husband for any event!

My mother died unexpectedly on Jan 25th. I needed outfit for her funeral on short notice. I or I should say my mother and me stopped at this location before. Very nice place, clean and with huge selection of wonderful items. I told Mr Tim what I needed and the reason for, he helped me get the outfit for my sad event very fast. The entire staff actually was wonderful including the tailor who made the adjustments to perfection on relatively short notice. Thank you for great service.

Have ordered on-line. This time went to Novi MI store. Found exactly what I was looking. Purchase was fast and easy. Will shop DXL again in the future.

My salesperson was great from start to finished including giving me a few choices on suit combinations as well as shoe selections. Unpacking the shoes as well as lacing them for me. Dario is awesome along with the other staff.

Always a great experience at this location. Friendly staff, readily available quality products, and a consistently clean and orderly store. It is perhaps my favorite in-store shopping stop.
