Fry's

I've been shopping at this location for over 12 years, I can't say enough good things about this place. The people working the self checkout are always nice and helpful. Store has always been very clean and well stocked.

5 Stars for KEVIN who works at the Customer Service Desk. I was there last couple times this past week and needed old newspapers and Kevin went out of his way to find some for us. He even called the back to get us more. Kevin knows how to go above and beyond for his customers. He is always smiling and we see him helping out his fellow co workers in other departments. We have always loved coming to this store but Kevin always makes it an even better experience.

This location is so NICE 😊 super clean and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They have everything you need. Food, gift cards, pharmacy, drinks, snacks, organic food, gluten free choices, and tons of great gift ideas. And super clean bathrooms

I just want to say Crystal and Joshua are amazing he was soo happy to be working and she is just soo sweet, not only did they make my checkout experience so enjoyable but I definitely left with a smile on my face because of this dynamic duo, love how big the store is and LOVE the dairy free options they have as well. Everyone just seems so nice. Can’t wait to come back and hopefully get Crystal and Joshua!!

I found what I wanted and checked out quickly. (There were empty stations in swlf check-out.) I like the pre-sliced and bagged deli meat because I dont have to wait for slicing.

I have a frys that’s two miles from my house but I will drive the extra 5 minutes to this one because the isles are wider and have had an overall better experience at this one in terms of staff. They are always pleasant

Great store with phenomenal customer service. Elvis the Butcher was awesome and provided the best cuts for my family and I and our Sunday night cook out. Elvis is a tremendous asset to the organization and we appreciate his help. I’d like to also recognize Ester in Customer Service, who works at the front. She is always so helpful and takes a lot of pride in her role. Ester is also a tremendous asset to Frys. Thank you!

clean, organized, and they actually have staff at the check out. The deli is slow but they do have staff. Worth the drive for me to get what we need. this store has 'allergy' safe food which many frys dont seem to have anymore. (gluten free, nut free, dairy free, etc)

I cannot tell you how I will miss this Fry's! I moved last week and my new Fry's is just "meh." This Fry's was a pleasure to go to every week. Always clean, organized, helpful staff and more.

Update 6/4/2023: I moved back into the area around 4 years ago. I'm back to using this Fry's Food. It's still as great as ever! The people are so wonderful.

This particular Fry's is not my normal shopping area. I had been searching for distilled water. For some reason it is a hot item right now. Most likely due to the supply chain. I had been to a Safeway, Target, Basha's, Walmart, Walgreens and 3 Fry's. All were sold out. Yikes 😳 I was getting desperate. The Pharmacist at the Walgreens said that he saw some at the Fry's at the Thompson Peak store. This was a drive for me as I live in Fountain Hills. So I called to see if they actually had the water. The young lady who answered the phone in the department for water initially said that she was pretty sure they had some. She must have heard the desperation in my voice and said to hang on she would go check. She returned quickly and said that she had 51 gallon jugs on the shelves. I thanked her for her extra effort then made the half hour drive to get some. This is the type of customer service that makes me a loyal customer. Kuddos to the caring employees at this Fry's. Even the cashier and bagger were above and beyond. Thanks to all and keep up the great work.

1/23/22. I am updating this review to reflect the fact that this is the second time in a row I've been to the store where there is at least a 10 to 15 minute wait in the checkout lines.
I am waiting in line right now; there are only two checkout lines open earl yon a Sunday evening. And no baggers to assist the 2 checkout clerks. What's worse, the third checkout clerk closed her aisle just as I was pulling up to check out.
The store is generally stellar in amenities, but they definitely have problems when it comes to check out time...

Awesome Fry's. Very clean and great selection of different brands and foods. I used the pick-up option (can't remember the name of the service!) and the lady who worked there was fantastic. She was very quick with getting the order out to my car and even brought a bottle of water since it was so hot.

Glad to have this grocery store around the corner - It's quite nice, as far as grocery stores go. Good deli and drink tasting area. Lots of tables to enjoy a coffee around Starbucks. Clean, upscale... Plus reasonable prices on groceries... (Seniors: Remember that first Wednesday of every month is an extra 10% off...)

Fry's has anything you could ever mark want they probably have too much it took me over an hour To get through the 1st couple of hours the vegetables the cheese is the wines we make this selection hard which I guess is a good thing. One of the cleanest stores I've ever been in and there's always someone there to help you.

This Fry's is awesome. It is a Fry's Signature which I assume is the top tier of the Fry's chain. It has a wine bar, sushi bar and cheese... bar?? it was super nice. I have been in one of these before at a different location and for some reason I just like that location better I think it was laid out better but it was nice.

This is probably my favorite Fry's grocery store. The parking is always good, store is large and not cramped. Even when it is very busy things move quickly. Staff is always helpful and access to area is never congested. Some great restaurants in the small shopping plaza.

Love this store. Always clean, great service and cheap prices. Just wish they had a water fill up machine for 5 gallon jugs. Still 5 stars.

Amid the craziness Team Fry's has provided a sense of calm from their management and team members at the Thompson Peak store. It is still clean and customer service is still #1, the shelves may not be full but the Frys Team is diligently trying to fill the customers needs. Thanks Frys and Kroger you are appreciated.
