Kim in the kitchen cabinet design area is such a wonderful soul. She’s very attentive to detail and she know how to use the software like the professional she is. We have heard great things about this specific Home Depot and it’s true - we have made this location our home store. Kim is a true asset to your company. Please reward her and you should definitely make this employee a trainer or manager because every facet of our experience was 100% Paul and Lisa Naylor .

I just really want to take the time to appreciate Shelly from Store#0268. She is spectacular and has always gone over and beyond to assist and give the best customer service. There was never a time when she didn't aid us in informing, guiding, and recommending when we needed it. I don't usually write reviews but Shelly truly deserves so much recognition!! I don't know what they are paying her but I can guarantee it's never enough for an employee as great as her.

Tom Barrie and Dennis went at the customer service desk they were truly helpful. It’s important to have a positive happy attitude and they’re sure going above and beyond here for customer service

The employees are awesome! Asked many questions to find things and everyone was kind and very helpful. The gentlemen working in plumbing supplies and making keys was very busy helping people and remained calm and did a great job. He helped us find what we needed and he was very knowledgeable. Another employee came all the way out in the parking lot to help us. He was very kind and caring. Thank you for hiring such a great bunch of people! Made my experience a very good one!

I was there to buy AC filters but they do not have the selection of different sizes and the variety of ones that take out viruses. They do have the mid-range filters that cost $5 three-month filters.. I had a key made but it did not fit and I had problems finding an employee to make a key. Good thing plenty of parking for big trucks, commercial trucks, handicapped parking. You can actually buy hot dogs and food on the outside if you choose.

The store employee in plumbing was very helpful not only to me but many others while I was there .. upon checking out, Candy was extremely helpful as I was having difficulty with my discount, and she knew exactly what to do ...

The entire staff there are very helpful and knowledgeable of the layout and location of the inventory

We went to the garden department where we had help from Tom the previous time for our yard. It looks great. This time he helped us with a shaded area that we needed to plant a garden around. We took his advise with the plants, and it looks beautiful! He's very knowledgeable, and helped a us a lot!

Spanish speaking representative at tool rental 7:35pm Rafael helped us out this evening as he was running around by himself helping other customers very polite and fast service we hope to see him in a manager position he really went up and over the top to make us all happy with our rentals for tomorrows job thanks again we called many other places and no one helped us out like he did. 5 stars for Rafael at the pine Island and 41 store best home Depot experience

I have read a lot of negative comments on here, but I have had no issues with this store. The staff is usually helpful and greeted me throughout the isles and usually has the items in that I am looking for. I think they have the best garden selection, especially the orchids.

I recently was given a "honey-do" list that called for many lumbar related materials. The ops administrative team-- Teresa and Kristine were super helpful. Jake provided valuable information. and I want to give an EXTENDED and HUGE shout out to my man ANTHONY. Thanks to everyone---your team is definitely customer centered.

Kevin (with the long hair) and Travis (working customer service) were both so very helpful in explaining the return/store credit/refund policy. They are two employees you can tell really care about people and their job.
