AT&T Store

Ebony helped my brother transfer information and set up his new ATT Samsung phone. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Staff at this store were very helpful and responsive after we had some difficulties with ATT online website when ordering an upgraded phone. Thank you Ebony!!!

I got the iPhone 15 Pro Max withtbhebpremuim unlimited plan.. The phone works amazing and the service is light speed.

Probably the best experience I’ve had at any phone store. I came in with a Problem stemming from the 1800 support number and false promises. Ivanka who I believe is the store manager after explaining my dilemma was amazing.
She continued to contact AT&T support, was transferred numerous times back and forth and not once did she shoe an onze of frustration towards me at all. Even though I could tell she was getting stressed out from the representatives (who doesn’t) she continued to speak on my behalf and try everything she could possibly do.

Even though the problem was not resolved, she did everything she could and the outcome was not because of her.

This is customer service at its finest and I want to thank you for your help!

DON'T WAIT! Had an old Samsung 9s that stopped working. Asurion sent a replacement 9s phone, while activating Ivanka and staff helped me make a good chioce to take advantage of the current Samsung $800 towards a new Samsung 23 with accessories deals. Traded in for the new Samsung 23 Ultra with accessories and very happy with it! There's no reason to try and get by with old technology when there's deals like that and most likely will not be around long. Don't wait! Thanks again Ivanka!

I walked into the dewey ave greece location and the store manager kahji was a joy to be assisted by! his positive attitude and attention to each customer in a timely manner really was a pleasure to witness! came in got my screen protector and was out reasonably fast!! great store nice and clean and exceptional customer service!!!

The manager Justin at this store is great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I asked lots of questions, he helped with all of them. He was very patient and easy to work with. Lays info out for you all in writing as well. Would recommend working with Justin for sure!

I had a great experience at this store - Kahji knew exactly what he was doing and was able to get my new phone and watch up and running with no issues (which to me is quite a feat) - I actually enjoyed the experience with Kahji and Steven - the time flew by. I would HIGHLY recommend this store.

I went to AT&T Dewey Ave to get a Sim card for my Husband's phone. Jet took care of that and I decided it was time for a new phone for me. Jet showed me the phone I wanted and set it up and showed me everything I needed to know to use it. He was very patient, knowledgeable and very nice!!! Jet us an excellent rep and I appreciate his professionalism!

Ivanka has the best customer service I have ever experienced she went beyond the requirements to get my phone back up and running she also gave me a better plan option please let her know that she is very much appreciated thank you Ivanka it was a pleasure you made being without my phone for a week not so bad again me and my husband thank you

I went with my mom to get her first smart phone, Nick was great! He made everything very easy and straight forward, and thought ahead to make sure the pricing he gave us included everything we would need, screen protector, case, plan changes, very thorough! Thank you for a stress free experience!

Travis and his team were the best! My phone had just given up the ghost and I was ready to get into something new. Despite having a busy day, this team made me feel like I was the only one in the store. Undivided attention at its best!

When I went in to get a new phone I was given all of my options and was helped to the fullest extent. Best customer service in an ATT store ever! Staff were all very attentive and helped me quickly. Went in to simply upgrade my phone and ended up being able to get an accessory bundle as well from trading in my old phone.

Carlton was a huge help to me. He explained everything about my Iphone purchase and was a pleasure to work with. His patience and customer service is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

This store is awesome! I originally came into the store because my iPhone had crapped the bed and wanted to get a replacement. The rep in the store upgraded me to a brand new iPhone and gave me an iPad for $100!!!!! So glad I came into the store when I did.
