I MUST GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE! SAMANTHA THE PHARMACIST AND JOYCE HER AMAZING ASSISTANT WERE HANDED A HECK OF A DAY TODAY! We had up to 77 mile an hour gust winds in our area. Knocking out power all over and backing up their incoming orders from numerous Drs plus the hand ins and everything else they have on their plate. These two ladies handled this craziness with Class and Such professionalism. Customers complaining about things taking too long??? Seriously! Talk to the Man upstairs with the control of the tornado warnings. I wished I could have helped them while I was there to pick up my scripts. But honestly... They didn't need any . They were Awesome!!! Give those Ladies a Raise!!!!!!

First i will state that i am a very patient and supporting person. Second i will give credit to the pharmacist Randall. I have literally been at deaths door. In March i aspirated during a recent surgery. So as i was drowning in my lungs a on call Dr called and told me if i couldn't get my antibiotics in the next half hour i would have to be hospitalized. Randy answered and this was a 7:45 pm. He had them filled in five minutes and i am here today thanks to him. His job has not been made easy with COVID-19 and his help a constant revolving door. But since January it has been getting worse. Even to the point where my husband who has stage 3 colon cancer waited 9 days for a prescription which i ended up transferring out. But when I wait patiently for meds that ik are ordered and wait an extra day after truck comes only to be told the warehouse didn't send them there are issues. The problem is i signed a paper w my Dr that i wouldn't switch pharmacy so i literally have to wait. The pharmacist ( no not Randy never met this one) getting audited at the time was nice. But i told them i would wait a few more hours. Then literally upset with the situation use every piece of knowledge i could think of of my BAS degree reach out to the corporate office. A lady named Ms. Robertson (no no relation) went out of her way to figure a solution and why the issues where even occurring made my fill happen. Does Winn Dixie care about others the answer is Yes. Winn Dixie cares maybe not all of their employees but the fact remains to each their own Yes Winn Dixie does care I will remain a loyal customer of Winn Dixie
