BJ's Wholesale Club

The have a huge selection! The staff is always friendly and happy to help. The gas prices are the lowest in Cape Coral. Free air for your tires too. You have to grab a cart in the parking lot before you walk in the store. It’s always a very clean, pleasant experience.

1st time buying tires at a warehouse club, couldn't have had a better experience, from the salesman, Scott to the installer, Chris. Both were highly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I was amazed to find that Scott had only worked in that dept. For 3 weeks, yet he had his product line down to a tee. Chris, went way beyond helpful for getting tires installed quickly so wife had her car to get to work. I highly recommend the Cape Coral location for tires, they were better than the name brand shops on price, installation and hospitality. Would rated higher than 5 stars if I could.

Great prices on everything from produce to bed mattress. Coupons and discounts all the time. Discounted gas at their gas station and an adjacent tire store. It’s well worth the membership if you shop there every month and if you have a family to shop for. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

I hate to love this place. We spent $300 before we knew it. (Shouldn't run out of mozzarella cheese for a while). We show up twice a month to stock the pantry and find something cool for the grandkids. Scored some new xl champion hoodies for only 10 bucks, normally$45. (Don't tell, they're for Christmas).

I've been a member since the store opened. My Sam's club just expired and so did my Costco. BJ's has so much more in food items for vegetarians and vegans. Like it or not, we're here. Sam's club has some Beyond burgers. That's about it. I checked Fort Myers and the Cape. The manager responded about a year ago to my review and I actually spoke with him. He said they do have some of the things we like but I never saw them. I'm not renewing my membership. Costco has some but not much. I can't stand going to that intersection anyway. Traffic is always horrific and having lived from here to LA and in between, the drivers in Florida are the worst. BJ's is a bit easier to access but still hectic.

I love this place! I shop here all the time & everyone is very friendly & eager to help you find what you need. I’m a busy mom & had purchased my tires here & Jason in the tire center rotated them for me ( one of the many perks that come w/ getting all 4 tires through them) . He is very professional & attentive he found a nail in one of my tires & reached out to me to let me know . Great customer service!! He took care of it & called me when it was all done. He was extremely busy that day & short handed & still was able to take care of the nail in between other cars . I greatly appreciate all his hard work !

So after the hurricane the day right after this bjs on pine island rd was the only thing we found open. I wasn’t able to buy everything on my cart because the generator went off, but the guy was so nice to let me leave with my kids medicine. They were having really bad fever and I told the manager can I at least leave with the medicine for my little children and he said yes. The sweetest thing I’ve ever been through. We all have to stick together during this hurricane. This BJ really helped me when I was hopeless. ❤

So I placed my phone ,in the cart, seat, did my shopping, cashed.out ,loaded my car with food, and oh no my phone, went back to cart return, it wasn't there, I'm panicking,not because of my phone, my daughter's in the hospital, she had a mental breakdown, so I can't call her.iI can only relieve calls from her.
I went to customer service, and no one turned my phone in, in my mind I'm losing it, I don't remember the woman behind the Customer Service counter, but I started to cry, and her kndi words , grounded me, I want to say Thank ypu.

The people at the tire shop are amazing, they've fixed TWO flat tires for us over the past 5 months, snuck us in last minute, and tried to do it for free. Wonderful! We became members because the first flat tire was right in their parking lot and they fixed us up without even being members!

While shopping in BJs I was approached by an AT&T representative named Valeria. I was not looking for a new phone at the time, but I am always willing to save money. I was with T-Mobile originally, and she was able to cut my bill down $100. My family of four was able to get brand new phones as well! I definitely recommend stopping by the AT&T booth.

Lauren in customer service was fantastic. She understands that a smile and great attitude don't cost a thing but you profit from them endlessly.

I can't complain about the products, location or staff. I enjoy my visit at BJs. I'm enjoying the Master Card as well with the .10 cents savings for per each gallon. Is a deal.

BJ's has recently instituted a coupon check off that you can use on your phone. I love it. Check off the products your interested in and the coupons value transfers to your membership card. So easy...

We are going through some hard times right now. And I know the whole world is. But today we did some shopping at BJ's. And I just want to say they went above and beyond today. And I can't thank them enough. Especially to Ielna, I hope I'm spelling her name right. We love our Cape Coral BJ's and will continue to shop there and tell everyone how great they are.

I had knee surgery a week ago and using a cane. A very nice lady who was coming in for her shift. Saw me. Ran and got me a electric chair. Thank you so much.

Great staff, great selection, great prices! I’d recommend getting a BJ’s card if you have a family. The cost for membership will be dwarfed by how much you save in groceries!
