This is my favorite Starbucks thanks to the amazing, kind, funny, and helpful employees - the best part of my morning! Aiden, KC, Val, Sam, and more deserve a raise! :)

Best Starbucks around. Coffee is always exactly as ordered. Very polite staff. Only complaint is they sometimes "run out " of my preferred breakfast sandwhich.

This is a great place to get work done or meet with clients. Just had showings at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, so it’s time to write contracts! The facility is always clean, staff is friendly and a go to spot when I’m in the area!

Great coffee made perfect everyday i visited for a week. Look forward to coming back next year when in town.

This isn’t my closest location, but I’ve been coming here to study a few days a week and all the baristas are kind and my drink always tastes exactly the way I like it and they are quick. I come here specifically because of the great vibes and kind service.

I love the customer service here! They gave great service and greeted us at the window. I got the strawberry funnel cake one I believe it’s called, it tasted good but I accidentally told them to put caffeine in there and it had an aftertaste I wasn’t familiar with but it was so delicious, definitely would buy again!

Staff is great, drinks are good, pup-cup friendly!

Love this place honestly the usual night time workers are so funny and genuine whenever I go it definitely lightens you up after a long day. Drinks are DELICIOUS, definitely my favorite starbucks to go to! Parking lot needs to be made bigger for sure too but other than that 10000/10

My home away from home. Always feel like a valued customer. The Employees are Exceptional. This is a very busy place and the manager Valerie really cares about her store and the customers. The employees are consistently busting their buns taking care of customers or scrubbing something. Matt, Mason, John, Mahri, Laurie, Natalie, Kathy and Julia just to name a few make me so happy when I come in. They assist me in all aspects helping me with my ordering and anything else I need. Starbucks has hundreds and hundreds of different drink options and they always are patient with me and answer any questions I have. I absolutely love their free refills on their Starbucks Ice Tea for being a rewards member. They always make my drinks perfect depending on what I need. Thank you so much!!!

I have been coming here for the past three years (I go to FGCU). I have never had a issue here EVER. I could give a 5 star review every time I go here. But today in particular (Feb 1 2020 at 4 p.m.) I have experienced the best all around staff unit I have seen in any establishment in a VERY long time. Particularly JONATHON and JULIA who were extremely upbeat and friendly. JONATHON told everyone how they were doing a great job and just was an overall exceptional employee. It was really sweet to see. Thank you!

Got a caramel macchiato w/ soy, came out fast and hot, service was great. Sad that they never seem to have oatmilk, but at the same time the workers can’t control the entire Starbucks supply chain, and there’s always other good non-dairy milk options. 👍👍

This is officially my favorite Starbucks. I love how it's always bustling, but never too overcrowded. The staff is always friendly and willing to chat even if it's something silly. Almost always clean, given the amount of people walking through and they own up to any drink mistakes they might make, although it's only happened once and hey, a free coffee is a free coffee!

One of my favorite Starbucks. The flat whites are hit or miss depending on who makes them but the service is great and they don't mind if I hang out for a while to get work done. It's a busy one... but there is plenty of seating. The place is clean and is a great location.

Never had any issues here- drinks are always ready when mobile-ordered and food is always hot. My only issue is that the parking lot has a weird layout and it's hard to find a good parking spot (I have to use the Olive Garden spaces) but I understand that's not really something that can be fixed.

Typical Starbucks and open at 6 am, except Sunday.

Honestly the cutest interior decorations of any Starbucks I have ever been in. The staff is amazing and nice. The drinks where perfect and the store was super clean as where the restrooms. A model Starbucks if there ever was one. Thanks for the amazing service
