I visited GameStop Brandon today and expertly assisted by Joshua in locating the item I was looking for. Additionally, he helped me find a clearance item that saved me over $30. Joshua's courteous, friendly, and helpful manner made my visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend visiting this GameStop location at your earliest opportunity.

Tanner was super helpful during my visit today! I was gift shopping and he let me browse in peace. I had a couple questions about clearance items, Tanner answered kindly and thoroughly! I’ll be back to check for cards and collectibles in the future!

They have a lot of stuff I’m into! (Mainly Nintendo stuff) and you can find, basically anything you could imagine to upgrade your gaming experience

I frequent this Gamestop because I love the staff. We usually see Tanner or Chris in. They are always helpful, they know their products and recognize my family. They know the kinds of games and products we look for and always let us know what the current deals and specials are. It's always a good experience.

Outstanding service as well as selection of games and other items that my little boy wanted for Christmas. Nicholas, the customer service representative who holds the same name as my son (naturally we got along well) went over options with me regarding my account, explained thoroughly the details of my extended warranty on the item I purchased and was nothing short of stellar when it came to providing excellent customer service. For this reason I'll most certainly be back not just during Christmas time but all year long.

One of my favorite gamestops as I’ve been going to this GameStop specifically for the last 10ish years. All of the employees are very cool as well as the manager. Need anything related to video games or merchandise they most likely have it.

This 5 stay is based on the interaction I had with a GameStop employee. I'll leave him name anon unless the managers would like to gratify him( which they should). This anon offered a lot of good knowledge not just what could be there in store, but helping a fellow gamer understand how to set up a particular installation.

June 25, 2022, Saturday, I took my oldest son, Willie L. Smith, IV, to Game Stop in Brandon.
It's been a long time since I took either one of my 2 LOVING sons to Game Stop since we've ALL 3 went our seperate ways in August 2009. I miss BOTH of my sons being little, again. ) ;

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very patient with a indecisive 9 year old.

Store is clean and everything is super easy to find. Everything for the most part is kept in alphabetical order at all times which is nice. The staff is great, always helpful and can always recommend a great game. Five stars all the way

Not really a fan of GameStop's due to their corrupt management, not store managers, Dms and above. The staff was very quick to assist me and more than answered my questions with no change in stance or attitude. Great experience, though the company themselves can have upper management replaced.

My Husband and I always find the best toys here! GameStop is not just for video games! If you're a fan of legendary characters of the Marvel and DC universe but, also, much more character/tv-movie wise this is your one stop shop. The staff is always so helpful and friendly.

As always my local games stop is fantastic it’s filled with a bunch of great people that always make you feel safe and at home surrounded by your favorite hobby. Btw Tanner is awesome.

I'm totally not a gamer. But I went to get a secret Santa gift card for a child. The customer service was off the chain. Dude was nice, courteous, and informative.

Its an amazing place for kids like me... And D.VA from overwatch which I love super much and any overwatch fans out there come here and buy over watch key chains(I'm the one who sent pictures of over watch key chains for overwatch and overwatch origins addition.Oh and I love tracer and I do a pretty good Impression of her.
