ABC Fine Wine & Spirits

I had fantastic service today from an extremely charming man named Shannon. I went in today to grab three items. I am very unfamiliar with liquor stores and must have looked like a fish out of water as I walked in but Shannon greeted me warmly and asked if I needed assistance. I said yes, asked him where I could find the first item on my list. I fully expected him to point or direct me to an aisle but he walked me over to the item and chatted with me, and gave helpful but not pushy recommendations. He then assisted me with the rest of my list all the while being extremely charming and friendly, cracking jokes and easing all of my trepidation of being in a liquor store. Shannon is a gem. He embodies everything customer service ought to be. Highly recommend this location and of course Shannon.

I don't normally review liquor stores...... However, walking out of this one the other day was the most fun I've ever had at an ABC. I was greater by the nicest guy ever to try some Coquito. By now, everyone knows what it is, and you can only typically get it from a friends friends aunt. So I was intrigued. Next, he asked if I wanted to try anything, and some peanut butter liquor stood out, so why not. Then the chocolate bailey's caught my eye, and I asked, "Have you mixed these two before?" He told me he was thinking about it all day and wondered how it would taste, and since I was the first to ask, I became the guinea pig. Long story short, I left there well versed in liquors and flavor combinations. What a time to be alive!

Huge selection but limited on organic tequilas. Was looking for 3 different kinds just in case I couldn't find one or the other but ended up with none. They do have a good variety but not what I was looking for.

I shop here frequently with instacart and the store associates are not only very friendly, but extremely helpful. The store is kept clean also. I shop here for my own purchases as well. Zero issues😊

The employees are always knowledgeable. No matter what I am in the mood for, I haven't had a bad recommendation yet. Whether it's price, flavor or pairing that your ate aearching for, they always get it just right. Great selection of charcuterie.

Very knowledgeable staff about everything in the store.
It's nice to see sometimes the new young faces working there but I always look for Shannon. He's my "go to guy" and he's worked there since the place opened years ago. Great place.

My cigar shop. Occasional wine and spirits

A wine sampler machine and a cigar room!!! Really nice! Also, great staff! Matthew was super helpful and even followed up a second time when he seen I was still in the same section having trouble...I mentioned a gift box set of single malt scotch whiskey I had purchased a week earlier that was on display but not on the shelf, he knew exactly what I was talking about and went out back to get it for me! Great product knowledge and very friendly! Good prices too!!

Everything you need in a small neighborhood liquor store.

I called the store during this very busy holiday season and was warmly greeted by Shannon. I was looking for a specific item. He went back to the coolers, located it for me, and put it to the side. I arrived within 15 minutes of placing my call. He got the items out of the cooler, rang me up, and even took the items to my car. Talk about amazing customer service. Kudos to ABC Fine Wine and Spirits for employing such amazing associates.

Great selection to say the least. All competitive prices Staff if knowledgable and willing to help with any questions. Great wine selection and for the craft beer fans you can make your own 6 packs so you can try them all without so much of something you may not care for. Find your favorite!

Really good selection of everything, and good prices too. Really nice friendly staff, especially Matthew. I've switched from shopping at Total Wine, and now go here even though it's further away. Matthew remembers his customers names, and you feel like you're shopping in a small local business rather than a big chain. Thanks for your outstanding customer service Matthew !

Phenomenal selection, excellent customer service every time I come in... my only gripe, I've spent quite a bit over the last few months and thought loyalty points were accruing after setting it up... but seems like they never set me up.
