The UPS Store

I lost a receipt for a UPS package sent in January, and needed a copy for a reimbursement through work. David at the UPS store was so helpful today and was able to locate the receipt for me and have it sent via email since I live very far away from the location. The dedication to getting to the root of my problem and finding a recourse outside of their normal process was very much appreciated. Thanks again David and team !

Whew what a dream team!!!!! Joe John & Fiona at the Okelly Chapel rd location in Cary,NC store 2985 are nothing less than amazing. I walked in with no knowledge of a product that was needed and when I tell you they all jumped in to action and educated me on different products I had no idea UPS offered!!! They even helped me get my boxes in my car !!!! I wish I could clone them and put them at every business I go to if it means to have this level of great customer service! Hopefully you guys at UPS keep these type of people satisfied and continuously working with you! This was top notch customer service!!!

This UPS store is my go to! The store is clean and stocked. The staff is always friendly and hard working. In particular, Joe went above and beyond, tracking down a lost package in the UPS system and I was able to retrieve it within the day. I live in Durham and still prefer to go here.

Manager went out of their way to help me with challenging situation that corporate UPS caused. Refused delivery twice, and then it was left. Was unable to arrange with corporate to pick it up. Manager at this location was able to help it get back to sender.

This store gets quite busy, especially towards closing time. I have visited this store many times in the past and found that the service experience varies considerably with the rep you get assigned to.

At yesterday’s visit, the store rep who helped me (Anima) was very kind, friendly and patient while we worked through the multiple tasks I had lined up (I return package, 2 overnight documents to send out, 1 notary signature). It was apparent that Anima was getting trained on the nuances of notary signatures, but support was available for her right away and did not slow down my experience in any way.

It was also very important for me to send some documents out on the same day. The delivery driver who came for pick up obligingly waited for a couple of extra minutes for my transaction to go through so that he could take my documents with him. Overall a very positive experience at this store.

The associates in this Ups store are the best and nicest.
This is the only Ups store that takes my packages in this area. Not only they welcome me, they also help me they to take packages from my car to their store. I ship about 15 packages each time, several times a week. Really appreciate it.

The driver who delivers my packages daily refuse to pick my packages. And the other two Ups stores told me they don't have space for the packages in my car and blacklisted me.

I had a very important and heavy cable shipped over to this location prior to my arrival from another state. When I called, the gentleman that assisted me was very polite and accommodating. Upon arrival to the store, my package was ready and waiting and the interaction with the staff members was so professional. This was the most pleasant interaction of a quite terrible week- long ordeal. :) I believe I interacted with both Joe and John, who were absolutely amazing.

I completely agree with the other positive posts about this UPS location! :) Joe, the manager, does completely go above and beyond for each customer with such a calm demeanor. I also just have to say a BIG Thank YOU to John, an associate there, who just adds such a personal, kind touch to each interaction, which is so appreciated. Especially for us parents who frequently send things off to our missed college students. Keep up the GREAT work!!!

This is the only UPS store I go to in the area because it has the best service. Everyone’s friendly and nice and there’s never a long line. I even drive out of my way to go there.

David helped me get squared away in less than 5 minutes when I encountered difficulty tracking a package. It should be this quick and easy at every UPS location.

I needed extra custom invitations in a hurry (printed both front and back on card stock), and Shaun was fantastic! He was friendly, courteous and helpful, and he had my extra invitations printed within 1 hour. I definitely recommend him and this location for printing services, as well as shipping!

John was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable, the multiple times I had to go to the Parkside location.

This is the by far the most professional and helpful UPS store I have ever visited. Everyone here is so courteous and professional, and they are usually pretty busy, even so, they always have enough staff to help customers.

I go out of my way to make it to this location. Not sure how but they found the nicest, most helpful people to staff this location. And they have all the printing stuff you’d need.
