I was helped by Jazz and she was absolutely amazing! I came in 45 minutes before the store closed and her customer service was impeccable! I had issues with a previous store and could not get my phone activated. She took the time to figure out the issue with my service and provided a solution. I will be coming to this store only from now on! Thank you Jazz!

I have a big complaint about the quality of services of this company!! Their app is not functional, account data (in my case) was not available to third-party sites, which made it impossible to buy a new iPhone without changing providers. When transferring the room, the app asked me for $50 (no one knows why). However! All the stars deserve the store staff who helped me tremendously!! The young man communicated with the (defective) chatbot and returned my money (which the app decided to demand from me). I am very grateful to these guys and God bless them, and the management has to take a bonus!! Because they are the only advantage of this company!!!!

I was magnificently and enjoyably served by Jazz. She and Liz were pleasantly accommodating. Dylan though working with another customer also exuded a relaxed vibe. The atmosphere of good will exceeded any I’d previously experienced in any mobile location in Durham NC or in Boston MA in my decades long cell phone use. Plus all the information given answered all my expressed as well as unexpressed questions. Great staff! Give them all a raise!

My experience here at this location was amazing to say the least. Dylan was super resourceful, kind and patient with me. Dre was very sweet and kind as well. These two really helped me today. My issue was resolved completely and in a timely manner. Kudos to you Dylan for an outstanding job well done and thank you so kindly Dre for your generosity. I would recommend this location to anyone as first choice! You guys rock, totally!

Being in retail for 40 years, I have hired and fired many employees. Lauryn. Without a doubt is an asset to Verizon, and to all that work with her. I canceled my order with a factory outlet, knowing it would cost me atlesst 50.00$. Miss Lauryn ordered the phone I wanted, as the other store said could not get, trying to make me keep a phone that did not work for me. I have been to the store a couple times, to see Miss Lauryn.Miss Lauryn is always helping the other employees, and customers, even customer's, that were very rude to her. I recommend this store, because of her.

I had problems transferring my information from my old phone to my new one. But, thanks to Dre, he patiently took his time and found a solution. The entire process took over 3+ hours and he provided excellent services. Give this man a RAISE! Thank you Dre!

The two gentlemen who assisted me today were professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. They also helped to restore my need/desire to use sales reps rather than going online to avoid unfriendly employees. The location of this store is also very convenient. I’m very appreciative of the sales reps I had the pleasure of doing business with today, which is hard to come by these days. Thank you (both) again! Be blessed and stay well!

Joshua and Lanisha are the BEST!

I had a not so great encounter buying a new phone earlier this week with a Verizon employee who typically doesn't work at the store. When I went back to the location, Joshua and Lanisha were both incredibly understanding while helping me resolve the problems I encountered.
The wait times here are never crazy, and the staff are knowledgeable and kind while assisting.

Emily is a LIFE SAVER!! We need more stars up here to give a better review. I’ve been stuck with a SOS issue with my SIMS card for days and finally got a replacement phone when no one from Verizon phone or another store bothered to even think about the SIMS card being corrupted. After calling and being passed around I drove 45 mins just in time to make the store and she understood but when she tried to activate the card it was blocked due to a pending order on the account. She could have easily said no I can’t do anything you have to call etc like the others but she did not. Going the extra mile she called the customer service line herself got a rep, did I mentioned all the CS numbers said they were closed, and they resolved my issue in no time. District Manager I heard you don’t have a manger yet at this store and I say nay nay you have one with Emily. Going the extra mile and doing what it takes and most importantly giving the most important gift of all which is time is what she did and she is what keeps a business going. Emily thank you I enjoyed talking with you and resolving my issue in the MOST professional attitude possible. Thank you and stay blessed. Infinite stars!!!

I am from out-of-state and yesterday I experienced the best service I have ever had with a Verizon Wireless employee, Jasmine!!! I should say I have been with Verizon for 20 years. She didn’t try to up-sell me, listened to what I needed, provided advice that she could back up. I highly recommend asking for Jasmine!!
