I purchased a used I-phone that I needed to have set up for my phone number. I made this switch in mid-April. Charles & Leroy were very helpful, knowldgeable and friendly. They were able to provide me with the information needed to have the phone unlocked by a different service provided. All in all they made the switch very smooth. These guys are great. I highly recommend them for you mobile phone needs with T-Mobile.

This shop is perfect! The staff was very patient in listening to my lengthy description and choosing affordable and convenient options for me.

Leroy was professional, efficient, and very nice during the while process. He made sure to update me on potential wait times and what he was doing to help me. He helped put my screen protector on and overall made the experience fun and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend the Madison T-mobile store.

Kirsten was amazing helping my boyfriend and I transfer phones. They definitely went the extra mile in helping me, since I'm not even a T-Mobile customer. They stayed calm and professional even though the store was busy and made sure we got what we needed in a timely manner. Great customer service

I got excellent help with the Pixel promo. I went to the store to avoid having to mail my trade-in. Since they didn’t have my new phone in store, they needed to setup the shipment and mail in anyway. Everything was entered correctly and went perfectly. There was no push for insurance or accessories I didn’t want.

I did another trade-in a couple of weeks ago and it went just as smoothly as the first!

Excellent experience with exceptional staff members! Super helpful and professional environment. I came in hoping to get my Google pixel phone and initially the location did not have it in stock. The manager drove to pick it up from another store for me. This is excellent customer service, ensuring I was able to actually upgrade that day and my old LGV30 was in great need of an upgrade.
Bottom line so friendly and an excellent phone buying experience! Highly recommend this T-Mobile!

Definitely prefer this location compared to others. The people who work here are incredibly nice; when I wanted to do a promotion for a phone upgrade, they reserved a phone for me so I could come in the next day, and spent a ton of time working with me and the customer representative for tmobile when the promotion didn't initially process. They were kind, polite, and was very knowledgeable about the promos which can be difficult for a lot of tmobile customers to understand. I would definitely go here for my phone and plan needs!

This T-Mobile store is the best there is. I’ll single out two people — Nathan and Matt. Go to this store and work with these two people if possible. It will make your life better.

They are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They really do go above and beyond to make sure that you’re well taken care of, and that everything is working as it should before you leave.

Nathan is the manager, so I will assume that since he sets the tone, the other staff members at this location are equally as good. The make me glad that I switched to T-Mobile.

I opened a virus on my phone, so I needed a lot of attention as I put things right. I visited this store several times. Lilly, Kirsten and Amber are wonderful and I thank them for their patience, professionalism, and counsel as they guided me through the situation. Their service was exceptional, nit just for me but for several other customers whom I watched them serve during my visits. This is "my" phone store now :-)

My girlfriend and I went in to get me an S9+ as a new customer to T-Mobile. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The guy that helped us was very nice. Me and my girlfriend are both trans and he used the right pronouns for us without us even having to say anything, and that's something we appreciate a lot because it definitely doesn't happen often enough. So I was very happy with our trip.

I did really good decision switching to T-Mobile. They really care about their customers. They help me with everything every time I have problem. People working in university had done a great job so far. 100/10

We recieved great customer service here when we got new phones and plans. Monday evening gave us a quiet store which allowed the employees to give us lots of assistance and even helped entertain our 2 year old while we asked questions.

Kirsten and Rosalia were so helpful and accommodating. My father had lost his phone and they helped him use Find My iPhone to locate it. Meanwhile they were helping us get another phone so he could keep in touch with family while mom was in the hospital.

Lilly and Matt (mostly Lilly) helped my husband and I get new phones and switch from Verizon. Already very pleased with the service and greatly appreciate the ease of the process due to Lilly's and Matt's help and understanding. Thanks guys!

Excellent customer service! All I needed was a simple nano to micro sim converter kit. None of the wireless carriers in the area (Verizon, Sprint, even Best Buy) were able to help me except this TMobile store. They didn't have a kit but the manager indicated they had old sim conversion pieces lying around from sim cards they had to pop out. I was impressed at the creativity and willingness to help a customer... None of which was showed by Verizon or Sprint.

Amber and Sandor were both AMAZING! They were both very attentive, kind and answered all our questions. We purchased two phones thanks to their assistance and guidance! Great service!

Mobile Experts at this T-Mobile location genuinely care. I've visited this location to switch from AT&T and it was a extremely smooth and warm welcoming transition. I'll definately recommend my friends and family!
