They blew my mind with how quick they were able to make copies and laminate things for me. There was 2 people in front of me and he was still taking calls and getting my stuff completed and taking care of the other people that were there. It was so quick and I was just like wow ok that was amazing. Really loved how fast and great everything turned out. NUTS it was just one person

got help immediately to copy some oversized documents.
she even suggested I do it myself to save money and showed me how.
very impressed and satisfied!

i was seeking some tul ball point pens with teal ink. when asked how many i wanted i said 50. he dug around and found 43 for me. they are no longer available so i was thrilled. i love their products and service.

Bruce Carson does the absolute best for the company, he sure could use some extra help, but in his opinion “ I can do it all “ !!!

Working from home, I need to source my own supplies. Office Max is convenient and has selections at a good price. I only once walked out without what I wanted at the time. Then I was able to order it in.

It's always clean and fun to shop. Because there's a lot of quantity of selections, it's easy to miss what you need, but the personnel has been friendly and knowledgeable.

The OfficeMax store in North Scottsdale is Clean and well organized.
I am always able to receive help.

The staff in store and on the phone was extremely helpful in getting me the information I needed to correctly print blueprints. They gave me step by step instructions on how to navigate my print options on the website, and even called when there was a possibility the order may be delayed - which it wasn't and it was even ready earlier than expected!
The email and text notifications to let me know the order was ready was so appreciated!
I plan to use them again later this week for additional blueprints.

The print shop staff is exceptional!!! So grateful. They covered me in a pinch. 🙏🏻. Thank you guys!

The OfficeMax in my neighborhood closed down so this one is now the closest. The cashier and the manager went above and beyond this morning when I was buying my ink. I won’t get into the details, but I will just say that it was an extremely friendly experience, and they handled my frustration like champs. I wish I knew the cashiers name, but I remember the manager was a Welsh man named Mike.

Print shop rocks. Ask for Mike. He's the man. Professional, knowledgible and charming.

Went into this location today, an was helped by a lovely employee named Elvira in the print center. She was absolutely amazing, the biggest help with everything I needed. Answered all my 50 questions with a smile. Will definatly be returning to this location!! Get that girl a raise.

I went into OfficeMax to look at printers. The salesman was terrific. Knew all the printers well. Did not push me toward any particular brand. But when I asked for advice he responded with his recommendations. I bought a Brother and was very happy with the experience.
