AT&T Store

I am so glad to express my thanks to Chantal and Diago at this AT&T Store! I had recently been moved to AT&T as my long distance provider and was struggling to connect with the company to pay my bill online. Chantal and Diago to the rescue! They quickly located my accounts and accepted the payments. Thank you for such wonderful customer service!

Diago, Tay, and LJ provided EXCELLENT customer service. I visited the store twice and each time they were patient, informative, and made sure I had everything I needed for my new phone before I left the store. I highly recommend this AT&T location!

Nobody took advantage of me today. All my content was moved over correctly. The staff at this location ( Talking stick way ) was extremely educated and great customer service as I first started to work with them while getting my NEW IPHONE & Become a new service member with AT&T.

I’ve been having issues for months. Calling and chatting online yielded nothing short frustration. I went to this store on Talking Stick and they were super friendly and knowledgeable. They had my concerns resolved in a jiffy and I couldn’t be more thankful! Amazing folks here!!!

LJ was so helpful and was asking questions to the other guy with him, I didn’t get his name but they were so helpful and LJ made sure we left AT&T with what we came in there for:)

Chantal was very helpful and not only solved my issue with my phone, but solved issues I was unaware I had as it relates to Direct TV

If you have an issue with your phone this is the place to go. This store has Professional Sales and Service and they are outstanding.

First time going into AT&T and I was helped by a lady named Sylvia. She helped me understand everything and got me into a great plan and the iPhone 14 pro max. I’ll be going back when I want to upgrade to the next iPhone and will be reconnected to go with her because she was helpful

It was time to upgrade my services. Went into the Talking Stick Store in Scottsdale Arizona. I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with the welcome I received & the help that was given. I worked with a very helpful young man, Saany. He was great, very patient & understanding. I don’t know anything about much of the tech stuff, I’m 70 year old. I am so happy with the knowledge, service, & new phone I-13. I wish more young people would treat the older generation the way I was treated. Debbie Pierce

Daniel the representative that helped me was amazing I was about to cancel service with AT&T for many reasons he helped me with everything I needed help with in the store and more, and like I said, instead of canceling service, I bought more stuff and I am so happy playing on my 1st iPhone ever bye android j/k I still have 1 android phone but this iPhone 13 Pro Max , my I watch and that iPad I had previously but I now talk to my watch and my iPad responds. It’s amazing how happy and excited I am with my purchases. Daniel was amazing . I will never deal with another representative or another store again when we Daniel at the talking stick location he is kind he takes his time, and most importantly he made sure I was happy when I left, he wasn't aggressive or pushy. He made sure I got what was right for me and set an and set up everything and linked it all hooked it up and got me the best deals and prices and I am so super happy. Obviously I was there for a little while, and it was my best time spent at AT&T ever 10+ stars best customer service experience ever and I work in customer service so it’s hard to meet my standards many as possible for him

I stopped in because of some recent issues I’ve noticed on my phone. Typically, phone stores haven’t always been the greatest experience for me. As I walked in I was greeted, and immediately noticed how clean this store was kept. Daniel took his time to really make sure my problems were fixed, and all in all led me through a quite enjoyable visit to their store. I even ended up pre ordering an iPhone 14 pro max, and did not once feel pressured, but like it was a phone that made sense for me. Lukas, who I believe was the store manager, also helped out and it was refreshing to see the customer service they both provided me. All in all, I have found my new store and will drive even farther than the store closer to me to make the visit when needed. Thanks Daniel & Lukas, you made my day!

The tech who helped me was named Hassan, he was great! Super nice, helpful, and great to talk to. Honestly, the fastest I've ever gotten a new phone, and I appreciated all his knowledge on the differences between the galaxy and ultra!

Far from what I remember it being like when getting a new phone, always dreaded it like getting a car. However this was such a great experience and I couldn't be happier with my new phone! Will be back to this location thank you to the Talking Stick team!

I went in because they had been so helpful when I bought my phone and I had a “dumb” question that I could not figure out and hoped they knew the answer! Daniel did not know the answer but he took the time to work with me and he figured it out! Thanks so much for going the extra mile Daniel…you are the BEST…thank you!!!!
