Wayne was an absolute treasure to be with while shopping at Bath and Body works. He assisted me in finding my favorite scent (marshmallow fireside 🔥) and made my shopping experience a pleasure! He was also just a transparent person in general - hard to find someone special like him in customer service!

I absolutely love this store!! The staff are so friendly, very knowledgeable about the products and I trust their recommendations~ the fact that you can return a product, if you find it doesn't work for you, helps immensely! I'm a full-time Uber driver and literally can choose to pop into any location, any day or time...this store is always my preferred choice!

I like going to this Bath & Body Works better than other locations because it's the only one I know of that isn't in the mall. They offer everything the other locations have without the headache of a parking garage. It's so easy to stop in on my way home and pick up my favorite scent!

Great place to score soaps, lotions, etc. Convenient in-and-out, far moreso than the Scottsdale Fashion Center location. Have had uniformly good experiences with B&BW, customer-service wise and otherwise. Their products are worth the extra dough; take advantage of their sales and coupons.

The ladies working there are awesome. They have a great sense of humor and they helped out tremendously. We laughed an joked while getting great service when shopping.

It's hard not to. Associates are knowledgeable and approachable. Never feel rushed or pressured to shop or buy any of the sales and they always have new stuff to show me.

Adriana I was in the store when you were in buying candles right next to you at the other register I come in here every other week to buy candles and the staff is always friendly .She at no point said you could not use the bathroom they do not have a bathroom and she offered for you to go to Michaels .How is that being rude?
