Visited this branch and was amazed how the staff was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. This staff guy on glasses helped me decide some psoriasis cream, but when prompted with more in detail questions, he was not afraid to say he needed more professional help and guided me up to the medical counter. The entire staff would go out of their way to help. Very impressed. And as a normal branch you can get nearly everything you need, with easy parking.

The way some of the customers treat the staff at my local Walgreens makes me angry and sad for them . Jordan at the pharmacy is a great guy, Christy in skin care is also super helpful and all the people up front know me and use my name, which as a business owner, I really respect!

I like this Walgreens - very nice people, clean, etc. Only thing - Google maps says it opens at 7am on Sunday. However I'm here and it doesn't outrun until 8am. Not Walgreens early but someone should fix the hours.

It only takes a person with a brain-stem to see that working this job isn't exactly what you'd call "easy & fun" - but each and every time I walk in here to get what I need, I'm greeted with an ear to ear smile from Eileen. And I honestly have no idea what the heck she's so happy about all the time, but it definitely impacts the experience I have.

Very nice store. Great selection, and everyone went above and beyond to help me print my photos today. A piece of advice, use your phone/the website to send photos since the kiosks are not reliable.

Need to update Google Maps so everyone knows the new hours for pharmacy changed from 10pm close to now 8pm. I missed an important meeting...

Slowest Walgreens for whatever reason. I hate when I am stuck getting my prescriptions at this location.

I have dealt with Walgreens for several years. As they are required by my health plan I have no real alternative. I have found them to bombard me with messages to order more drugs. In addition, when I have requested a reduction in the medication amount to be distributed they have ignored my request- distributing the 90-day max. When a prescription is back-ordered, they are slow to respond (taking multiple days) even when the medication is on hand at another Walgreens close by. If you call to find out the status of a back-order they will look up where it is available and they tell you to call that location. When you ask them to coordinate (one Walgreens to another) they tell you they are too busy. This combination of emphasis on revenue and avoidance of service is one reason why we have high health care costs and low satisfaction with our health care system.

Went here for a flu shot only because my company arranged for free flu shots with Walgreens.

I arrived at exactly 5PM (more on that later) and I did not receive my flu shot until 5:40. I was the only Customer and there were 4 employees behind the counter. Three walk-ups came in for prescriptions and they were in-and-out. Finally, I was called in and received a miniscule apology. Apparently, there is a big issue around ringing up something that is free and that was the delay.

OK, so about the 5PM part -- even though they take appointments they don't honor them (or so I was told) and they have no way of even knowing that one exists. As naïve as I am, I believed that if I had a confirmation number for an appointment I actually had an appointment.

Every time I come here the store is under stocked and poorly managed. Cashiers can't be bothered to greet you when you enter the store OR approach the counter to pay.

Pharmacy is the worst!
Understaffed, high turn over, takes forever to get prescriptions filled, never answer the phone, they dont ask if you need to talk to the pharmacist about your medication information.
Every time I am there they are arguing with customers.

When your cashier cares more about an ID with minor blemish than selling you medication for a sick loved one, you need to reevaluate your employee conduct. Funny how this Walgreens refused service and I go to another one and buy the EXACT same stuff I was refused at your store. I hope your cashier feels real good about herself because obviously she is more concerned with an ID then any actual customer service. Disgraceful

Bobby is the problem at this store. Replace him and your star rating will improve.

So much for improvement Walgreens! My teenage daughter picked up my prescription 2 hours ago and was overcharged by $261! I've been calling the pharmacy for over an hour now to get this rectified. The pharmacy picked up the phone after I was on hold for 20 minutes and they hung up on me before speaking to me, the second time I called, on hold for 30 minutes, picked up and hung up on me again when they finally picked up. Horrible!
