I needed to exchange a pair of shoes I had purchased online. Wow! This DSW has the most courteous, nicest staff, from the person who talked with me on the phone (and pulled the smaller size shoe and held it at the register), to Karina the staffer who processed the return.

I went to DSW for the first time to purchase some water shoes on September 13, 2022. As soon as I walked into the store , I was greeted by Chris, the store manager. He took me to the area the shoes were, stayed with me, and answered my questions about the size of the shoes. When I checked out, Carla, the clerk was very friendly. I would like to state that this store was very well organized and neat looking. Finally, its employees have an abundance of helpfulness that would make me return for future purchases.

Great customer service. Any time there is any issue, this store fixes it. We much prefer this location to the Desert Ridge store.

This is one of the better DSWs, very clean with bigger inventory than most, carpeted flooring for testing shoes.

The amount of fun that I had while interacting with Emily in the store today quite honestly makes me want to come here and buy shoes every week. Actually every single day. I’m going to go home and put these new shoes on right now and get my girlfriend and bring her back here immediately. We may contemplate purchasing every shoe in the store on our way here. Thank you so much Emily you’re the best!

Great place to shop. Lots of parking and lots of space to try on shoes. All the employees are super friendly and super helpful. Very happy to have such a laid back experience and enjoy myself shopping. 5 Stars and will be returning

Great selection and great prices! I can always depend on DSW to get a new pair shoes. I just bought a new pair of loafers and I have bought hiking shoes as well as dress shoes in the past

DSW is following CDC guidelines and State of AZ Covid recommendations. Like the concept of a separate shoe fitting area. Felt very comfortable shopping.

Love this store. Associates are people-friendly and very helpful. They will go out of their way to assist their customers. .

Good DSW. Closes at 7 though
