They say you will never find happiness right out your front door. After searching all stores in Louisville I traveled to Frankfort where I found multiple pairs of shoes my size. I was very grateful to the Frankfort location for making these items available.

Terrific clean Goodwill with pleasant floral spice smell, nice employees and reasonably priced items. Found some deals here in just a few minutes shopping.

It's pretty big goodwill, and I normally find pretty cool stuff every time I go. They do get a little too pricey on some items, though. It's pretty clean and organized.

I love there staff, but there managers are poor excuses. They have them people running there asses off but I haven't seen a manger in sight too help. The one that's the head manager or whatever always has an attitude whenever she isn't hiding in the back.

Check out this Goodwill store! If you haven't been here since Nov. 2015 you will be pleasantly surprised. The store is under new management. The staff are customer service oriented and work very hard to ensure customers have a pleasurable shopping experience. Prices have been set to move merchandise so visit often!

Daniel has great customer service ability. He either needs greater responsibility at GW, or he should seek employment elsewhere to maximize his innate professional abilities. Just an opinion of a former Southern California customer service rep.

Always nice staff. Lots of parking, found a brand new large picture frame for a very reasonable price.

I enjoy shopping this Goodwill as it has a good variety of merchandise to purchase. The employees are very courteous and helpful.

This is a new building. Interior is clean, neat, well-lit. Staff are always pleasant. Plenty of parking.

Its goodwill, a little bit of everything. Although it is getting alot more expensive here it's still cheaper than buying new.
