AT&T Store

Customer service guy Daniel, was so excellent. Solve my problem within minutes. So much better than your people that you have on the telephone. The customer service by telephone soaked up two hours of my time last night and accomplished absolutely nothing. No comparison. I have always had positive experiences at AT&T stores With the always excellent Staff.

Jeffery Izzo was awesome! Very knowledgeable. Looked both my husband and I in the eyes. Made us feel important. Genuinely cared to give us the best customer service possible. And he did. He is an excellent asset to this company. Didn’t take very long to be waited on in this store. The manager was nice, efficient, and helpful also.

Mike was our AT&T rep, and he fully resolved our problem.He greeted us, listened to the problem we had after switching from Verizon to AT&T, and had it resolved in a matter of minutes! He also gave us some next steps to ensure the rest of the transition from providers would go smoothly. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs support with their AT&T service!

Everyone was so helpful and friendly! I went in on Christmas Eve, late in the day, worried that no one to be there. I was wrong - Mike, Jeff and Jay were there to help me out. Jeff got my prepaid account set up (which is always difficult to do). He was knowledgeable, patient and really nice. The customer service all around was wonderful. Thank you so much all!!

Had a wonderful experience! Daniel was the person who helped us and he was amazing. We had been struggling to get any help with our new accounts in Prescott where we live so we called this store and within minutes over the phone they helped more than 2 hours of customer service on the phone. We drove here to get help from this store and everyone in there was so helpful and so amazing. I can’t even explain how thankful I am for this store.

I had the pleasure of working with Jay at ATT for my iPhone trade-in, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Jay's friendly and attentive approach, along with his personalized service, made the process seamless. He even took the extra step to personally call the support line. Jay was our customer service rep and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was also helpful in selecting the necessary items for my new phone. I would recommend him to others who need guidance and assistance in purchasing a new phone and equipment.

Jay is the definition of amazing customer service! My phone screen went dark and I was forced to file an insurance claim (Mike was very knowledgeable with this process as he got me in and out in under 10min). When I came back with my new phone that came in the mail Jay sat with me for FOUR hours while he trialed and errored to try to transfer my data over to my new phone (he could see nothing on the old screen and was doing this all by memory or YouTubing what the screen looked like) so I wouldn't lose all of my apps and data. He went the extra mile NO DOUBT all the while being patient with me as I was having a meltdown. If Jay leaves this store I will find him.

Will never go to a different location in the valley as long as Mike is here! He helped me after going to Apple 2 times to order the phone the first day when Apple said there was something wrong with the account. It was not and error on At&t end it was on apples end. Then when I was able to pick up the phone from Apple, I went back to AT&T and Mike set the new phone up for me with so much ease. Thanks Mike you’re the man!

We are in town for a family emergency, the family members apple phone was damaged and we needed the contacts desperately. Bridget was a life saver!! She was kind and compassionate as she performed what we thought was impossible.

Jay @ AT&T was incredible. Super helpful in setting up our new account & getting us situated. It was a really tough process getting off current accounts & onto a new one but he didn’t quit until the job was finished.

Mike and Johnny helped, and did an excellent job. I’ve been to several AT&T’s to get my iPhone 14 screen. Mike is standout and should train other store managers.

Jay was very helpful and knowledgeable. I always have issues with my bill but he was able to call and explain to me what is going on. Very helpful and nice staff. Thank you!
