AT&T Store

What a great experience! We needed to upgrade our phones as well as reduce our charges. Rose did a fantastic job explaining our options. She also saved us $50 monthly with a few simple questions. She explained everything in detail so we knew exactly what to expect. We were thinking about switching but her help showed us we were better off staying with AT&T. Thanks!

The store manager Rose is awesome she is knowledgeable and friendly, and so as her assistant Angel. It got so busy at times but they been able to handle it. We switched over from T mobile to AT&T she has all the patience and knowledge to breakdown all the benefits that we are entitled to especially in our profession. We are very satisfied clients.

Missed a deadline for a discount we were eligible for so I came into the store in person to see if we could redo it. Rose was super friendly and helpful and redid the process for us. Loved getting to chat with Tanner as Rose and I got the discount squared away, he’s such a genuinely nice guy! Thanks to you both for making this such a quick and easy process!

Made the switch from Verizon to ATT FirstNet. Came into the Cave Creek Marketplace location and worked with Rose, who I met at a trade conference. Rose walked us through the entire process of switching 4 lines, then setting up 4 new dievices…and transferring/ all the data! (Whew! Finally!)

Rose was awesome to work with. Knowledgeable, patient with us as we struggled to remember passwords and log-in information to accounts. She patiently stayed late (even after store hours are over) so we could set up our devices!

Go see Rose! She will treat you great!

BTW, if you qualify, you absolutely cannot beat ATT FirstNet cellular signal/service.

Our family went to AT&T on a Sunday evening about 5 the customer service rep was amazing. He stayed until 7 almost an hour after closing to help us.
Matthew was our rep and he was fantastic. My husband is a hard person to impress and Matthew totally impressed him.

I came into the branch today and I had the best experience with Matthew. Very professional and went out of his way to ensure I was getting the best deal on my plan. I walked out with a lower monthly payment and a brand new IPhone 14max which was still less than what I was paying for originally with my old phone. Thank you Matthew! Highly recommend him.
