Safeway

Came in for a quick grab on some items. Normally I don't leave a review for a grocery store unless something great happens.
Well today, Kevin happened. He was working in the wine area and offered to help even though I told him I had several items to locate and was lost. He happily helped and went above and beyond. Saving me lots of time and above all, was very pleasant to talk to!

You go Kevin!

In addition to the upgrades they've made inside, the level of customer service here is great. They've hired some really good people in recent months and it's made shopping so much more pleasant. I've had great interactions with Nick and Tiffany at the register, the managers Blake and James, Seth, and Bryan at the self-checkout,. They are all super pleasant and they've made this a much happier place to shop! Additionally, Melinda who is in the bakery department always gives me good recipes, and as a result I've been eating better! Gabe does a terrific job at customer service, and Madison is the kind-hearted manager. Great job, Safeway. Really good people all the way around!

Guy at back meat counter is nice.
I said 1 lbs of shrimp and 1st try we challenged it.
It was 1.005 lbs.

Very nice store with a very lovely wine selection. Produce is great. Everything is orderly and clean.

Great place to shop but ALSO A GREAT PLACE TO WORK AND A GOOD CAREER OPPORTUNITY...WITH GREAT BENEFITS

• I just deleted a bunch of basically really nice reviews of this Safeway, which is a pleasure to shop at. I needed some space so that I ended up just clearing them all but shopping experience and great customer service.

• The specific purpose of this review is to thank Manager JAMES B, For always wonderful, simplified customer service.

He also ultra impressed me the way he helped me avoid a rain check because he knew something about the product and I can’t get into details but what he did was a genius in my mind and it was the same as waiting with the rain check so big thanks also for his thing he did

Today I went in with a minor difficulty and MADISON Also may just more than easy

You can’t beat the service and personalized check lanes versus other very large unmentioned grocery stores!

I really like shopping at the Safeway everybody’s super friendly and I’ve had experiences in the pharmacy, the meat department and customer service /always good. For about 12 years actually

Honorable mention to Evelyn and the entire Pharmacy department I can’t remember the young man’s name, but he smiles all the time as well as, as well asJAMIE In the meat department and, NICK at checkout as well as Steve self-serve checkout. . oh my gosh, I almost forgot Gabe. I see him all the time!

Easy to navigate & there's plenty of shaded parking spots.

Very clean store and super helpful employees. Have a wide selection of items. Parking lot is partially covered - great for summer days. Just wish their prices were more in line with Wal Mart ...

Reasonable alternative to the upscale groceries nearby. Attentive deli staff, a Starbucks, huge wine selection. Beer selection is small but varied, plus a hidden end cap cooler with unique and local bombers. The pharmacy at this store is great, too. The staff remember you and are extremely patient and helpful. Feels like a real 'local' pharmacy.

I have been shopping at this Frank Lloyd location for years. I like the layout when they change a few years ago. All of the aisles are named after our neighborhood streets. Associates are friendly and helpful. Evelyn the pharmacy tech and her staff are great!

On April 26, Kendra in customer service clearly showed me how to use my online shopping app to select items on sale with the digital coupon and to use my app for my weekly shopping list. The staff members at this location are very friendly and attend to personal preferences bagging items. Great store!

Excellent store!! I feel bad for some of the cashiers, especially this nice young lady named Shamrock! She was so patient, and kept on getting verbally abused by unhappy middle-aged ladies over the most trivial matters! Actually, I feel worse for these customers. Their lives must be sad indeed. That cashier has a bright future ahead of her!

I feel like I live and work there. I shop at this store dang near everyday. The prices aren't bad, the service is always great from management, customer service desk, to the cashiers. Always a great safe, clean, and fast shopping experience. Try not to go between 5-7p the lines can be crazy!

Just for U sales insane, 3 cent ear of corn and my favorite Ballpark Smoked white meat Turkey hotdogs half price!

Store is small, there is covered parking, has everything you need, staff is friendly. Really nothing special about this store. However they run very well, anytime there is a rush they react quickly and always get through lines fast. See a number of staff that has been around for a while. Parking is easy to find a spot and simple to get back on road.

I love Safeway. The people who work here are always helpful and friendly. I'm a vegetarian so I'm picky about produce. All good here. The delivery service is great too ; Especially when we have a lot to buy and I don't want to schlep it all to and from the car.

Walk-in and Delivery services I've used. Oh, and indoor/outdoor Cafe/Deli has good food too.
Excellent convenient service.

Love my Frank L. Wright Safeway crew. I like Saturday afternoons there, easy parking and fewer lines all around. Lots of options around the holidays.

I have shopped there for almost 2 yrs. Now all the staff are helpful and friendly prices are comparable to other stores but I like the people .

Convenient, a bit pricey (even before Covid), but they have a nice selection.

Aisles seem narrow compared to my store at home.
