Good deals,staff not very helpful. Just have to walk around and find those deals. Corporate just makes those stupid decisions to under staff.

One of my favorite stores. They always have something new and different. Their dresses are adorable and I love that they have records and other random little gadgets and books. Always entertaining to walk around and check out that section. I like that they have men and women clothing as well. And their sale section is always good and something cool can always be found in there without having to rummage through big mess like some places.

So my daughter loves Urban. We normally go to the store by Fashion Square however this week we went to the store in the quarter. What a difference. The staff was ready to help and the cashier placed an order for a belt that my daughter wanted. I really appreciated the customer service. The selection seemed bigger and as a result my wallet was smaller when we left.

Chic upscale clothes for the style conscious shopper. More pricey clothes so watch for them on sale to get the best deal. Open room with plenty of light. Felt welcome with helpful staff. A pleasant shopping experience.

I love this store. Always something different to find in clothing or esentric gifts. Books are usually well thought out or humorous. This is a store I always like to stop at when looking for fun gifts when going to purchase for more of a hip crowd.

Bailey Manien is a lifesaver!!!! I needed to reserve a pair of shoes that were sold out online. Today he saved me a pair of the Fila Theme lows and Cheistmas is going to be amazing now! Please give him a raise.

We shop here as often as we can-- both locations in Scottsdale and Phoenix are worth the brick and mortar shopping experience. Online has good deals too, but this place is worth visiting in person.

On the night we went here, they had a 30% off sale on a lot of clothing. I made out like a bandit. Shop at this location because there is plenty of nearby eateries.
