This is by far the most well-managed UPS store within a 10 mile radius. I drive out of my way because of the consistently helpful, courteous & knowledgeable staff who work here at this location. Pleasant, professional service is front & center at this location. 👌

Amazing service and care. I wish I could recall the name of the young lady who helped us. I’d just attended a funeral and rushed to get to their store before it closed. We had her shop several family keepsakes, including a fragile porcelain angel. When I received the box, I was delighted to see how carefully the angel was bubble wrapped and nestled among the other items. She also saved me money by shipping books separately through the post office at the media rate. Thank you.

Mary Milan. This lady has been so helpful , kind and professional. She asks questions on what I need, and makes suggestions on how she can help me further. Example
I needed a label printed to take a package to usps

As I was checking out, she said “ do you have a box you need to take to usps? I said “yes”
She said “we do drop offs, we just can’t give you a recipe, would you like to do that? Then also said”leave it and I’ll take care of the rest”
Every time I’ve come here, she’s been super helpful and has saved me time.

The team at the UPS Store at Scottsdale & Shea did a fantastic job packing and shipping our customer's order. They handled some very delicate and valuable gemstone bird carvings with all of the care and consideration we could have hoped for. Our customer was extremely happy... and so were we.

We have been a customer at this location since we moved to Scottsdale since 2019. We have used many services: notary, mailbox, packaging, and shredding. We are now recognized and greeted when we walk in the door and mail and packages retrieved without delay. The staff are always professional and very friendly. This business is excellent!

Good and friendly clerks. They do a great job in a tiny crowded area. Space seems to be cut for customers with new arrangement. Not the best if we continue with Covid, etc. The store may need to be expanded.

I just visited here today 3/15/2023. One person was in line and I went in and the other employee helped me right away and I was in and out within like 45 seconds. I did an amazon return and they scanned my phone, and I was quickly on my way.

there are a dozen shipping centers within a 2-3 mile radius I can choose from, but I come here regularly purely for how personable, kind, and patient the staff here is. I recently had the pleasure of working with Mary M, who was delightful. I was having some connection issues trying to print a shipping label, and she went above and beyond by allowing me to hop on the wifi for a moment to get it situated. While waiting for my email to come through, she was helping not only other customers, but staff as well. Within 5 minutes she was helping a staff member with a printer issue, checked out 2 customers, AND helped another customer who was experiencing the same connection issue. Great customer service is hard to come by, especially with everyone being a tad high-strung since 2020, but people like Mary make it possible. I would be very surprised if she was not up for a promotion or working toward becoming a manager here.

I cannot express how grateful I was to do business with your UPS Store and specifically, ,Colin. I had a 50 lb. box of collectables to be sent to my Son in Utah.I had recently broken my leg,was unable to drive and my printer was not working! He personally picked it up and prepared it for an expedient delivery. All arrived well and I intend to continue doing business with him. Thanks!

Every time I go, the associates seem like family with each other and treat the customers like their family..

I always go out of my way to hit this UPS Store. Fast efficient and friendly. The only UPS Store that happily takes all of my packages. I know taking allot of Amazon packages back can be allot of work for a little money for each store but these it’s are always so positive when doing so. I am always greeted with smiles and a “can do” attitude by each employee. Keep up the great work and If I could give the employees 1000 stars - I would.

I had a great experience with the UPS store in Scottsdale, AZ. A shipment I made through this store was damaged in transit. The staff in Scottsdale jumped right on the problem, determined what happened, and took care of the claim. A great team of employees to work with.

Tabytha, Natalie, and Alexis were lovely they helped me with everything they made it possible to do everything in one stop. Helped me print, notarize, and fax. Beyond satisfied with the lovely service from the wonderful girls. Will suggest to all my friends and family and will definitely be stopping here again.

This team is ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile to help you! They are polite and offer great suggestions! They are courteous and friendly. I know every time I walk in there they will help me find what I’m looking for and/or help me mail packages using the fastest means possible for the least amount. I really appreciate their dedication to helping the customer!

Best UPS store ever!!!! We were making a major move to NJ and the entire staff at the Pima Crossing location on Shea Boulevard was amazingly helpful. They even picked up our boxes at no charge. It is worth going to even if it isn't in your neighborhood! They took such great care of all our shipping. Thank you Brian, store owner and Lisa & Jackie, his amazing assistants. Could not have done this major move without your help. So lucky that we found you!!

I was literally in and out in 20 seconds to drop off my Amazon return. I like the way the store has been rearranged and was really charged seeing three people working nonstop.

Ivan is the best! I come in with my son (2.5 yo) routinely. Ivan is always so patient with us and never seems annoyed or irritated. I have been frequenting this location for four plus years. We love Ivan and will always use this location as long as he is there!!

My old review was about the location on NW corner of Shea and Scottsdale Road. Which is the worst store.

This location is AMAZING. The staff is super friendly, always very helpful and will tape up your packages.

I have a mail box at the store for my businesses. I also work contracts out of state, on occasions. I contact the store very couple of weeks to send my mail to my out-of-state location. I have used their other services (copy, shipping, notary) a few times each year when I am in the area. The staff has always been friendly and competent in handling my unusual situation.

Really great service. The UPS folks came to know us by name! Not just sending packages and relaying mail but building a service relationship! Service is so rare these days -- go to this UPS store and you will receive it!
