The salesperson I had was very helpful. She went above and beyond. I will continue to patronize Lees Summit Office Depot because of her. Customer service makes all the difference in where I shop.

I’ve used Office Depot printing service several times and it’s always a great, easy experience when Jessica is behind the counter! She is extremely helpful, kind, and ensures that you get the best outcome with your projects. Office Depot and their customers are lucky to have her as an employee!

The employees at this particular store are always so very helpful and polite. On my last visit, Blair and William helped me to obtain the maximum possible discount on toner cartridges, which we all know are really expensive. I truly appreciated their courtesy and their eagerness to help me out.

Had my annual Christmas Newsletter printed at this store. It was done that day and looked better than what I did at home. Great store, always friendly staff - even when its busy and customers are being impatient.

Employee at the print center helped guide me through everything I needed - how to setup printing to labels, selecting a proper paper weight, they even folded the papers for me in a machine. Very helpful process and much easier than figuring it out myself to order online.

Went in for copies , simple stuff. Jessica helped me in that department. This was my first experience at the Lees Summit location. I figured it would take forever. She had me in and out in a flash. Spent more time parking. Kudos

Colleen at the Lees Summit, MO store was very helpful. If you use a printer make sure to establish an account with the store and bring in spent cartridges for, if I remember correctly, a 20% discount.

I was first at store 636, I got absolutely 0 help from them at all. Came to store 2150 and William, Betty, and Breonna were all great. There was also another gal who was on register, but William was ordering me a laptop so I didn’t really interact with her but she did seem to be busy doing tasks. William knew his stuff and made sure I got the Office 2019 I needed to go with the laptop he got ordered for me. It took 15 minutes max to get what I needed when it took 30 to leave the store getting no help from anyone at 636. These workers here know what they’re talking about and help out to the best of their abilities! Keep up the great work!!!

This office depot is one of the best. Always clean, well put together but most importantly, THE STAFF! Every staff member I have interacted with thus far has been very helpful but espially Betty! Her friendly personality and helpful attitude makes every bisit working with her a breeze!
