I can’t say enough good things about this dentist! Tonight my 5 year old son had an emergency, with extreme pain. I called at 630pm they had him in by 640. After the appointment I had issues finding the medication they prescribed at a pharmacy that was open and the dentist came back into the office to address the issue and get him on an antibiotic that night at 8pm. So grateful for the team!

Great customer service. Love that they directly bill my insurance company. Took the time to explain procedures and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

I love this dentist office. Everyone goes above and beyond. The dentist took the time to show me my X-rays and explain exactly what’s going on in terms that I’d understand. My 3 year old daughter had her first appointment and they were wonderful with her. They made her feel so comfortable. She loved it so much she asked to go back tomorrow. Every interaction I have had with this office has been pleasant. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My family and I have been patients here for several decades, and I we have always received excellent care and treatment. The staff is knowledgeable, and friendly. They were especially kind to my elderly mother, and always did their best to accommodate her needs, even as she got older.

Dr. McKeown and the entire staff are always professional and knowledgeable - but also so friendly, helpful and flexible. Their added in-house services (surgery, making crowns, etc) are wonderful, saving clients wait times and travel. Our family has been in their good care for over 25 years. They've made us LIKE going to the dentist! 😊

Since we moved to Centre Wellington over 10 years ago we have been well taken care of by all of the staff at Dr. McKeown’s office. They are always kind, understanding and have been so professional even through the worst procedures (root canal yuck). My kids enjoy going and are always smiling when they leave. Dr. McKeown is so down to earth and just really puts you at ease. I really appreciate her approach and that of the amazing team... everyone is so friendly and helpful...even when I'm late for my appointment! You guys are awesome!!

My family and I just moved to Fergus last year and chose our new dentist based on the reviews—and they are all correct! It is clear that the dentists and hygienists really care about dental health, and their patients comfort. They engage in meaningful conversations, and are gentle, careful and thorough in their dentistry.

We have always had amazing experiences at dr. McKeown and Associates! I have been going there for about 25 years andand have always had the best of treatment by the whole staff. From walking in the front door and being greeted by Alexis too getting my teeth cleaned by Cheryl, for having Danielle and dr. McKeown doing some restorative work it's always the most friendly, caring and knowledgeable treatment I receive. My four children have grown up going only to that dentist office and it feels like family to us all. They are very flexible and do their best to make scheduling appointments work as best as possible for us and if a change is needed it's not a big deal and is quickly switched about. I couldn't recommend a better dentist office

I had not been to a dentist in about 16 years. My appointment was with Dr. DaCosta, assisted by Hannah. I had a very sore tooth under an old filling. Firstly, Hannah was very welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. DaCosta was also friendly and helped put me at ease. He recognized the urgency of the situation based on my description of the situation and of the pain. He cleaned out the tooth and put a new filling on. Throughout the procedure, Hannah continued to make sure I was ok, as did Dr, DaCosta. I was very pleased with their professionalism and their caring. I will definitely be returning for any future services. Thank you! :)

Mary was thorough and professional as always. She reviewed my file and addressed any concerns I have. Pleasant conversation is always a part of my visit too. Mary takes the edge off an anxious time for me.

They are the best! Had a little fix to my front teeth a few years ago by Dr. McKeown - why didnt I do this years ago?? I smile now without hiding my teeth! And of course Mary is the greatest dental hygienist 😁 ive been here for 20 years - 5 star rating !

Everyone that helped me out, from the reception desk to my hygienist, to the dentist - was super friendly and kind. Everyone kept checking in to make sure I was ok and they gave me so many good tips. Great experience all around!

I am new in town and needed to see a Dentist. Called this office and they were able to take me the very day I called. Staff were very friendly and the Dentist that seen me was very reassuring. He explained the procedure he would be doing and what to expect in the following days. Thank you all for your kindness and care .
