Excellent customer service! Went in with an issue that was a pretty easy fix for them, but was never charged for the time or part I was given. No diagnostic fee, no BS. Paid attention to what I was saying and, as they seem to do, went out off their way to solve the problem. This is my second interaction with Reality Bytes (one at each location) and both have more than met my expectations! Highly recommended!!!
