Inner Compass Yoga Studio is one of the best ones I've ever been to! I really appreciated how Rachel emphasises the importance of focusing on our breathing, something that isn't always highlighted in other classes. Plus, she sets the perfect ambiance by including live music in every class, which I absolutely loved. Also, her studio is absolutely beautiful!

Rachel's yoga classes are incredible. So calming and caring and a good dose of humour too. She is kind and gentle and still manages to challenge us! Best of the best!

Rachel is one of a kind. Her compassion and love for teaching is present and strong. She genuinely cares for each client and is willing to suggest different ways so you can participate in yoga class. Her encouragement kindness is very real. Rachel appreciates her clients not only professionally but on a personal bases as well.

I have done yoga with Rachel at Inner Compass Yoga for over 6 months now and absolutely love it! There are a variety of class types to choose from, but my favourites are Strength and Stretch and Vinyasa Flow. I always feel like I get a great work out, but also feel calm and grounded after. Rachel is an excellent yoga teacher, but also a kind, friendly, and encouraging person. I would highly recommend her classes! Also, I have really enjoyed the flexibility of doing the classes virtually through Zoom!

Rachel and the other teachers at Inner Compass Yoga are incredible! Inspiring, clear instruction every class (even online I don't need to look at the screen!) The classes always challenge in a fun and playful atmosphere, and they always offer modifications for all levels and ages. Their commitment to the students on and off the mat is something special and unique! Love being a part of this community.

I’ve had the pleasure of participating in Zoom yoga practices with Rachel for almost 4 months now and I love it!! She is an excellent teacher, especially since over Zoom she only has the ability to talk us through each pose. I have tried three of her classes, Gentle Flow (to get back into yoga after a year off), Strength and Stretch (an amazing tough workout that I definitely feel the next day), and Vinyasa Flow (challenging but strengthening). I highly recommend Inner Compass Yoga!

Rachel makes explaining each move so easy with the most calming voice so you truly feel like she is right there with you and helps you through modifications even virtually ! She is a great teacher and always checks in to see how you are enjoying classes and if you have any questions ! At an affordable price like hers you have to give Inner Compass a try!

Restorative, Strengthening, Stretching, Toning, Relaxing, Meditating and Sweating; Inner Compass Yoga offers it all! The classes are led by Rachel, a very competent, passionate instructor, who keeps you coming back for more! I highly recommend joining a class if you can!

Rachel keeps us informed about what programs she is offering and focuses on the whole aspect of yoga not just the moves. She takes the time to make sure that we have the time to breath before we move in and out of a position. She encourages but does not push. She guides but does not add pressure. The classes are relaxed, informative and fun.

Inner Compass Yoga is a fabulous business for any Yogi; from expert to beginner, there are classes offered for everyone!

The instructor is always in tune with offering variations of poses that work for YOUR body, and continually checks in on alignment to prevent any injuries. This attention to detail makes classes an enjoyable, safe space, especially those practicing with injuries.

Rachel's caring heart and soul shine through in every class she teaches. I have loved the fun and energetic atmosphere of the Dance Fit classes, and the quiet soothing stretches in the Yin Restorative classes.
