We took an hour bus ride just to eat here and it was worth every minute. Everything was incredible! The service was wonderful and sitting outside was refreshing and relaxing!

Things to note:
Make a reservation, they book up fast!
Come hungry — seriously!
You can order the paella ahead of time (because it typically takes 35-45 mins, depending on your order) and it’ll be ready for your reservation. (We did not do this, but preferred it that way since we needed a break from the tapas we had before the paella.)
Order a pitcher of the sangria; it was a perfect pairing to all the seafood dishes we had.
Savor the flavors!

We were given very good view seats of the fields even if it was indoors. This made our eating experience uninterrupted by the outdoor seating elements like wind and cars passing by. Ordered a couple of appetizers (squid with green beans and roasted garlic and the roasted peppers/ eggplant with pine nuts) and even those were prepared elegantly but homey style flavors. But of course the star was the paella… and the star of the paella was definitely the rice— done perfect! They also had very good wines by the glass (tried the Verdejo).

This restaurant is beautifully located in a small village looking over rice fields. The paella is delicious and the appetizers also.
May have to reserve your paella in advance, must reserve your seat in high season

Authentic paella Valenciana. It has been recommended by a friend and I also would recommend it for people who want to try a delicious original paella.

Best paella in Valencia (as far as I tried) and the service was just perfect! Laura took care of us and each recommendation was simply what we wanted!
We tied croquetas (rabo and jamón) paella valenciana, crema quemada, tres leches and a lovely Verdejo wine!!
The rice “chupito” is great too!
Certainly worth the long trip! (1hr bus from Valencia city centre with the same metro card - don’t forget to swipe at each trip)

You never tried paella unless you ate here, no doubt it is the food of Gods here. The taste, the structure, how it smells, everything is incredible and literally made up to perfection. The stuff is super attentive and quick, you absolutely must come here to be able to say “I ate paella” afterwards

Outstanding dining experience from beginning to end. We came here to try there paella. We ordered tomato with tuna, grilled calamari and the blue crab paella. We were so please with everything especially the paella. Even with home with a bag of rice to try making it on my own.

AMAZING PAELLA!! Very tasty, like I don’t really like paella those two were the best I’ve ever tried and can’t complain. The desserts also were delicious. The staff was really nice and friendly. Overall if I could I would rate this place a 6/5☺☺

Great paella de bogavante! 🦞Delicious rice as it should be accompanied by local vino blanco 🥂and rounded up by an ice cake desert ❄. We will come again!

Fine, home cooked regional food with regional products - outrageously tasty. A joy to order starters, original paella Valenciana and everything else. Best shared on a Sunday lunch or sundown evenings with friends.

I absolutely love their Arroz del Senyoret with cubes of monkfish! It's definitely one of, if not, my favorite Senyoret out of all the paella restaurants that I've been to.

Nothing fancy; just quality food at great price.

So…. Show up hungry, and not hungover…. We ordered 3 apps and a paella and they were all SO amazing, but we ended up taking it to go because we were suffering. The only thing I can say that wasn’t perfect (other than us) was the pictures kind of make it look like there’s an actual terrace, it’s just tables in the street. But the drive there was great, the town is great, the service was great, the food was great, the prices were totally reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Classic traditional paella. Great starters and desserts. Easy to make online reservations, and lovely view of the rice fields. Sit indoors or out.

The black rice was pretty good actually. Everything else too. I’ve been there with my family and friends, everyone liked the food.

All food and service was excellent, only the paella was not so good as other times I was there. I was expecting a lot more for the price charged for 3 persons compared with other restaurants in the same village.
But the service and the restaurant itself it's excellent.
The fried pescaditos were very good, as for the paella... something to improve in my opinion.
In overal it's recommended.

The food is excellent and they serve a lot. Very nice and kind people. A good place to have a wonderful and relax dinner enjoying the Valencian gastronomy.

We had a really special time at Bon Aire.The service was exceptional, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the dishes we tried were super delicious.

We bought some of their rice to prepare some Paella at home. We were surprised to find that their rice is much cheaper than comparable products in shops.
