Excellent service, from start to finish. Have used Henley cars/car 360 before so had no reservations about using their online car sales, Emma was very helpful with all aspects of the sale and part exchange of our hybrid MG, and John was also great with the delivery of our new to us Tesla. Perfik!

Buying my car from Car 360 was a smooth process from start to finish. I was pleasant surprised by not being pressured into anything. The handover process was straightforward and completed without any difficulties.

I very nearly (long story) bought a car from these guys, but I really wish I had done. They have been, by a country mile, the nicest; easiest to deal with; most polite and least pressure car sales company I've had the pleasure to deal with.

Orlagh, in particular, was absolutely no pressure whilst still giving over and above levels of service and was clearly intent on getting me into the right car, despite her businesses needs.

Two particular times I was most impressed: first after I'd paid a deposit and asked to change the vehicle (yes, I'm the 'Goldilocks' of the car world) and the answer was 'yep, no problem at all', and second, when I eventually decided to cancel, after arranging collection and the finance starting, and again, without missing a beat, was 'of course - if it's not right for you, then we have no interest at all in pressuring you into something you don't want'.

Literally the nicest dealers I've dealt with in many years, which at this point adds up to quite a few. Thank you Car360/Henley Cars - I am genuinely extremely grateful. Keep up the sterling work!

I was a bit jittery about ordering a car online, but it was a very smooth experience. Chance was helpful and supportive in answering any questions that I had and ensured that the entire process went off without a hitch. Ian delivered the car on time and kindly explained all of the features, we also went for a little test drive. The car itself was delivered in a fantastic condition and everything was as described.
Overall it was great and I can happily recommend Car360.

Picked up the Red Model 3 Tesla Performance. Fantastic experience from buying the car with Emma through to collecting the car with Dave. Both friendly and knowledgeable. The car was in immaculate condition, really makes a difference with the car being paint corrected and well dressed. Easy to part exchange the my old Merc. 5/5 do not hesitate buying from this professional outfit!

Great service with Car360, Kira was really helpful during the sales process and they genuinely make sure the car is in great condition. They found one minor issue when they were preparing the vehicle but they let me know quickly and resolved it very quickly!

From the moment I first enquired about the car I wanted to buy the customer service I received was excellent.

Nothing was too much trouble despite my endless questions and they took the time to check certain specs of the car for me.

The collection process was the nicest I’ve had buying a car, the car was detailed very well and parked up inside with heated seat on ready for me to get into.

Orlagh and Dave especially looked after me very well and made the whole process as simple as possible, giving me plenty of time to look around the car and supported me getting the app set up.

Would highly recommend this garage and was certainly worth the 3-hour drive it took me to get there! First class service!

Amazing company, really helpful.
I was buying off the internet without seeing the car in person but I was very confident everything would be ok from the professional service and friendly staff.

I initially had help from a man called Chance who was great. When turning up I was assisted by a gentleman called Dave who really looked after me.

On pickup the car was in immaculate condition, so much so you couldn’t tell it was used!
