This shop is brilliant. The manager is such a ray of positivity & the employees are so good with recommendations. Nothing is too big an ask. They know everything about the products and are always there to give help. A really good experience every time I go. They go out of their way and above and beyond. Just lovely. I bought a doll/ pushchair, dinosaur excavation kit and a walking dog toy today and my children are very happy! 🙂 thank you 🙏

Lovely staff. Bright and clean. Great selection of toys and other products at various price points.

Aisles are accessible to wheelchairs and prams/pushchairs, but a double wide buggy may struggle slightly due to one or two slightly tight turns.

What a lovely store. I managed to buy at bargain prices(!) gifts for grandchildren. Staff friendly and welcoming. I learned that they have a session each day for quiet period which is particularly conducive to youngsters with autism. I also commend the values of the company.. That Sunday is family day. How refreshing in the retail business! Thank you.

I've been coming in to Lichfield branch every week with my granddaughter, who's 3yrs old , just want to say what wonderful staff you have, one gentleman in particular always attentive & helpful , lovely atmosphere, thank you .

Always a lovely place to visit staff are always friendly, willing to help and have really good knowledge of their products. I particularly like how they have different toys out for you to try, they are patient with the children and happy to show them how things work. Very happy to recommend The Entertainer

A brilliant toyshop for kids of all ages including the 'adult kids' who love to play too. The staff are very helpful and will give detailed information about the products. There are often tester toys out on display for you to see how they work

Great service, had to order item (singing baby shark for grandson which will probably make me wish I was deaf) was delivered to the shop before it was due to be. Really friendly helpful staff. Great little shop.
