Very friendly, helpful staff . Took my puppy to puppy play hour for 5 weeks. Fabulous idea, she socialized with the other puppies and had a great time. Special thanks to Sam and Jack. They really are so knowledgeable and happy to give advice.

The staff have been so helpful in recording the weight of our saluki over several years. They have been instrumental in her achieving and maintaining her correct weight. She is always delighted to visit and say hello. We appreciate the attention of the company to ensuring products on sale are of a very high quality and the staff are all very well informed about them.

I phoned the store in Shenstone for some advice regarding my dog’s digestive issue. The staff I talked to was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Pets corner seem to be the only store locally selling good quality food. I will definitely be a loyal customer.

The staff (Sam and Maddy) at pets corner have been amazing with pixie at puppy hour, so much help with her food and treats! Would definitely recommend to every new puppy owner!!!!

Visited this pet food shop recently and had a terrific experience.
Located in a garden centre with a lovely cafe, this specialist shop has a great range of food and sundries to suit most budgets, and you're likely to find everything you need in there.
In particular, I feel the staff deserve a special mention; they are warm, friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel extremely welcome and well-looked after. I was served by Madeleine, who was a funny and lovely assistant and showed me some great offers for my beloved (and elderly) cat, Craigus. He wolfed down the biscuits when I got home, so I shall have to drop into the shop again very soon to buy some more.
All in all, a great shop with fantastic staff, a lovely atmosphere, and good prices which are comparable with other leading pet food places. Some terrific offers on too.
Would definitely recommend! 5 stars.

Great service, lovely young girl helped me choose the right harness for my cockapoo who pulls a lot, she suggested Haiti no pull, in size medium, she even put it on him and demonstrated how to adjust it. I've shopped here before as it's nice to ask an assistant and they actually assist, rather than asking "have you looked on the shelf"

A very friendly place to get all your pet needs. Helpful friendly staff and plenty of good quality products. I would really recommend it and my dogs love the natural treats they sell

Love coming to this store, the staff are always so friendly and welcoming to both the human and the pet! They have good knowledge on what’s available and are always eager to help and advise. I come here regularly and will continue to do so.

As a family we have always been to dobbies and never really knew much about the pet corner but now we have a puppy so decided to go in. I was so shocked with the amount of variety of different things from toys to food. The two girls who were working were so helpful and are very experienced and knowledgeable. They went through and explained all the detail about the different food as our puppy went off hers but since using the new one that was recommended its always gone. Definitely recommended to anyone.

I live 15miles from this store and i would travel more if i had to..the service, knowledge & help you get from the staff is second to non..i have much bigger stores closer to my home but they dont even compare...keep up the fantastic work ladies and gentlemen...a gold star to you all.

I visited a few weeks ago to get my new kitten a scratch post. I phoned beforehand to see if they had the one in stock that I wanted and the lady I spoke to on the phone (Micaela - sorry not sure how to spell it!) was so friendly and took the time to go and have a look at the scratchers for me and offered some advice over the phone. When I got to the store, the particular scratcher I had in mind was much bigger than I had thought so i chose a different one. I went with the Great&Small Snuggle & Scratch Rope & Climb Cat Scratcher, which is fab quality and looks lovely in my home. Micaela also served me in the store and was brilliant from start to finish, she was incredibly helpful and even fetched some plastic bags to cover the scratch post as it was raining really heavy outside. She asked where I was parked and when I told her I was at the very back of the car park, she insisted I bring my car round to the front and she brought the item out to me and put it into my boot so it didn’t get soaking wet. She was just so friendly and helpful, a credit to the store!

My kitten is also very happy with the scratch post!

I am a regular customer of Pers Corner in Dobbies Garden Centre in Shenstone. I always find the staff very helpful, friendly and polite. During my recent visit, I asked for some help in choosing a better quality, low fat dog food for my chihuahua. Whilst we continued our shopping in the garden centre, Samantha researched the ingredients in our current dog food and recommended a higher quality food. Samantha even calculated the price difference between our current food and new one. I purchased a single tin to try out and my chihuahua absolutely loves it. I would highly recommend this store, the staff go above and beyond.
