I ordered 7 chrome handles for my new bathroom cabinets a couple of weeks ago which arrived yesterday. They were packaged well and the quality is great (unlike the cheap nasty ones which came with the cabinets - NOT bought from Oakhurst)
When I contacted them about delivery I had to email as they are not accepting phone calls at the moment. The email response was quick and efficient.
In my view, with the experience I’ve received they deserve the 5 stars I have given. Thank you all at Oakhurst Interiors & Fittings.

Ordered kitchen handles, cabinet handles and various bits and bobs. The brass cabinet handles were great along with the different kitchen door handles I ordered. Packaged up well and delivered promptly.

I was apprehensive after reading reviews, but we ordered 24 door handles for a new kitchen which arrived today, no problems with the products.
I did try to email/telephone but didn't get a response hence the 4 stars.

Just received my delivery from oakhurst interiors, phoned and spoke to James who was very helpful in his advice, fast delivery now time to fit them, thanx

I purchased kitchen cabinet handles from Oakhurst Interiors. I was pleased with the quality. I realised that the door handles were too small (although they were what I ordered), therefore, I ordered some larger ones. They arrived and again were fine. I emailed the company and said that I wanted to return the handles. I didn't receive a reply, received an email today (21 May) but sent them back anyway, via Hermes and have a receipt. I have now received a refund. Thank you.

The handles are so good my kitchen looks great

Double check your order and double check again if you make a mistake like I did nobody will reply to your emails

I ordered 2 door handles nearly 3 weeks ago, unfortunately, they were smaller that I liked, so I repackaged them up securely, on the same day as I had received them, & posted them back. I also sent an e-mail the same day explaining the reason for the return. They were signed for at the other end, but to date despite another e-mail enquiring about my refund & numerous phone calls that just rings out or is engaged, no-one has been courteous enough to contact me. I can only conclude that I will not be getting my refund & therefore will not use this company again or recommend them.

I wish I had seen the horrible reviews here before buying. Like several people, I've purchased some cabinet door knobs from their website and a week later, still no email about dispatching the products, nor are they picking up their phone. AND my emails have gone unanswered. Lesson learned. Have filed a complaint with the Trading Standards Authority. It looks like service was an issue even before Covid. I can understand delays given the current times, but their bad reputation pre-dates the crisis. Avoid.

Really helpful in buying the products (doorhandles) but when they turned up they were poor quality and badly scratched. They were returned and still waiting for a refund of over £120. Fortunately they were purchased on credit card and they are handling the dispute. Noticed the other google review is for the same issue.
Will definitely not be using them again !

I returned 2 sets of handles to oakhurst interiors after filling in the online returns form, I've tried emailing and calling with no answer, i still haven't recieved a refund. Terrible customer service, avoid using this company!

Still not arrived tried phoning them no answer emailed them for update 3 times also filled out the message form online requesting update. Still nothing.

Careful not a real company - ordered from them and they took the money but there is no way of contacting them and they have never sent the goods

Unreliable... best to find another supplier!
