Tyre Spot - Durham

The staff were friendly and helpful. I just turned up without a booking, they got me sorted and on my way in 30 min. I would highly recommend this place for value and service.

Once again I have had fantastic service at no notice (I just walk up) from the guys in Tyre Spot. This is about the 4th time I've used them and every time I've had fast same day service. They're always helpful, friendly, quick and efficient. Whilst I don't want more tire problems, if I get them, I'll be back. Knowing I can get a quick, reliable fix makes dealing with car stress much more manageable.

Needed an emergency tyre repair on a Saturday afternoon, and after being turned away from local and national chains, the lads sorted us out despite being busy. Explained the whole process and we’re friendly and professional. They seemed genuinely happy to help us out. Thanks again!

Got a flat tyre while at work today, luckily I was near here when it happened. I called in and they were very helpful, sorted a new tyre straight away for me and I was back on the road in no time.

Puncture on the way to the passport office. After trying three other places these guys were super efficient and very quick. Tyre was replaced within 10 minutes. Highly recommended. Passport now on the way.

Booked in via Blackcircles.I was greeted on arrival and confirmed my details. My car was immediately taken into the workshop and I was shown to the waiting lounge. All of the staff were very friendly and I felt very comfortable. Fifteen minutes later my car was returned to me all done. I would highly recommend this company and its staff and would certainly return again. Many thanks.

Visited recently to pick up our lad from Uni. Got a puncture on the Saturday morning we were returning home almost 200 miles away with a car packed solid with possessions. They squeezed us in and thankfully managed to get us a replacement tyre and saved us from being stranded. They were quicker than their own predicted time, courteous and very helpful. Very grateful for the fact that they recognised our situation and did everything that they could to help. The tyre was sorted quickly and the price was excellent.

Whilst on our way into Durham City on our way to a function at a local hotel about 10 miles away the tyre pressure warning light illuminated on my wife’s Mercedes showing significant tyre pressure loss in one tyre. We called into Tyre Spot at Durham and explained our predicament. One of the guys immediately stopped what he was doing, checked all tyre pressures, inflated all tyres to the correct pressure and reset the tyre pressure warning on the dashboard, allowing us to continue on our journey within minutes and reach our destination without being late. The tyres have since remained inflated and without any further issues.
What an incredible service! A service rarely seen these days! The staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. No delay, it was like something seen on a F1 pit lane tyre change!
