Found this company on line and noticed their competitive prices. Ordered Sunday, received my shoes on Wednesday. Super efficient and great service. I highly recommend this company!

What can I say, other than outstanding. Ok, a little bit more! Online purchase, great coms and the little problem I had with my wrong choice of size was sorted quickly and without fuss. Short out to Daffyd who was brilliant sorting out what was my fault.

Crib Goch Outdoors had the best online price for a Paramo Velez Adventure Light Smock I was looking for. I ordered one in the afternoon and it was delivered (near Bakewell so not local) next morning! Great service!

Great service with friendly, knowledgable staff. They stock a fantastic range of tempting outdoor gear but my most recent purchase was the new Buffalo Jacket as Crib Goch Outdoor were first to get them in and kindly helped me make sure I got one!

Purchased a pair of Salewa Ortles boots which after a couple of outings developed a fault. Contacted the shop who sent me out a prepaid returns label to get the boots back and sent to Salewa for repair. The staff have been amazing, excellent communication and efficiency throughout the full process.

I was after a pair of merino wool thick long socks to go with some new boots. Very good service and socks are great.

Great product - good delivery and price etc was found to be have an annoying defect with zip v minor but important 3 months later I contacted them they asked me to send product back - they rapidly sent me a replacement without any quibble or hassle

I needed a pair of good walking boots my current rather old pair failing while walking in Beddgelert. There was a great range but what really impressed me was the incredible service. The owner made me try several to make sure I had the right ones, his objective was clearly to make sure that I had what was best for me rather than what was good for the business. I will shop here again, it’s so good to do business with a company that clearly cares for its customers.
