What a stunning waterfall, nice walk up on the bottom. The views and sound are just heavenly, with heavy rain had, the waterfall was in full force and so worth the visit in the light rain. Parking is in the village and some are pricer than other. There is also toilets near the ambulance station.

Lovely waterfall, well worth the 15 min walk from the village, signposted and quite easy to find. Can be seen from 2 levels, we only went to the bottom one which was spectacular enough, but you can carry on up the road and view it from above. Dogs allowed but must be kept on the lead. No swimming allowed in the water either. Not the easiest path for prams! Nice view of the Snowdonia Mountain railway bridge from here as well.

Very cool waterfall, you can see it from 2 perspectives(top and bottom) to get to the top you have to follow the road at an incline(difficulty level 4/5 with a 10 month old baby) and then when you walk for about 8 minutes you ll see a gate which you have to cross the train tracks to be able to see it. The bottom view has a sign which shows you the way to get to it (also wouldn't recommend it with a pram) takes about 5 minutes.

Beautiful waterfall, well worth a visit. Reachable via path along river. We parked at the railway station and it took roughly 15 minutes of up hill, not too strep, walking to get there. The last section is along the river on a path with a sheer drop off into the water. At some points it is quite high, 4 meters, so it’s important to hold onto the kids. Push chairs can make it but it is a broken slate path at points. Well worth it though. Look out for the sign, in the pictures, that takes you to the river side walk to get to the waterfall.

Amazing quiet walk and fabulous views of the waterfall. Fantastic place. Sadly, swimming is not permitted 😉 great place to go with kids. Pets are also welcome

Beautiful Waterfall near to Snowdonia Mountain Railway 🚂. I am grateful to see views of this waterfall both from Steam Trains and close by 😊 Entry to this waterfall is free. I will recommend to take bottom part to see waterfall close by and nice views.

In full spate the falls come down with such force it takes your breath away I personally thought the bottom view was the best experience as you feel the spray ❤ the short walk upto the falls with the sun shining through was a welcome sight. Definitely recommend that you visit if in the area.

We parked next to the Snowdon railway. It took a total of 40 minutes to walk down the road then up the trail to the top view (very steep), then down to the bottom view (very muddy) and then back to the car. It was a really rainy couple of days that we were there so the waterfall was very powerful. It’s free (except for parking), it’s beautiful and nice and easy to do as an add on.

Beautiful place. We walked from the bottom end and then climbed up to find the road path which leads the way to the top of the fountain. Also a good place to take kids and picnic

It’s worth it to make the short walk (15 minutes) to the top of the waterfall. At the top, You have to cross the railroad tracks to get good view but don’t worry because there is a safe space to avoid the train while you are up there. On the way down follow the signs and path to view the waterfall from the base. It took all my self discipline not to get in the stream and relax at the bottom of the falls- it looks to inviting and appealing.

Lovely waterfall not to far from Llanberis village centre. There’s a lower river part, a small waterfall half way up then a very tall waterfall drop into a pool. There are signs everywhere saying not to swim there and notices stating people have died due to strong currents. Well worth a visit given its ease of access.

The first of many watterfalls that we visited.
Amazing view, in visual range of the train passing near. Imagine what a cooling effect this can have on your soul and body when it's scorching hot outside.
Sadly some of us do not respect the 'No swimming signs'.
A tip that I want to share is that you can visit the top side if you can find the 2 turnstills old school metal gates next to the rails, and finally the bottom amazing as well.

Beautiful. Shame you can't swim or paddle in the pool, but apparently the currents are dangerous. There is a small path that leads to the bottom of the falls not long after the builder's yard (on the left). It's a climb to the top of the falls and viewing point, and not really worth the climb.

As many others have said, this is a bit of a hidden gem. It is definitely worth the walk - relatively gentle walk for most people. Our dog had no issues getting there, however you will probably have to stop to let oncomers pass.
