Padarn Hotel

Everyone here was lovely! They greeted us with open arms as we strolled in at 10pm with our luggage from down the street and were able to serve up a delicious warm meal, serve us drinks and get us a room for the night!

They even offered to wash our clothes if needed and stored our luggage the next day while we went up the mountain!

Oshawn and Anna were really sweet. Myra the manager was friendly and very accommodating!

Tyler was also really great and Ben as well!!

We were at Padarn Park and rang up to ask if they could fit us in as a table of 10 in 15 minutes - it was absolutely no problem and by the time we got there they'd set the table up.

All the staff were very welcoming and accommodating tour needs. One member of staff saw I was struggling with one of our 4 children and quietly let my wife know that there was a small children's area inside - really helpful!

The food was delicious and came on good time.

They catered for the various allergies in our group really well! The menu was really well labelled. It was amazing to have more than one choice for vegan and gluten free desserts! The staff were all super friendly and helpful ☺

We discovered this place via a leaflet that we picked up at a cafe by the Slate Museum railway. And it turned out to be a fantastic find as we went for dinner twice, breakfast once and lunch once.

And we went to a Saturday night live band night for an enjoyable evening.

Needless to say, this is a clear indication of how impressed we were with the place.

The service was excellent. The staff were super friendly. I am vegan, and I was delighted that there were three deserts to choose from. Plus, the soup of the day did change every day, which provided nice variation.

The decor is great. The posters are films filmed in the area. It's worth going to see.

A special mention has to be made of the manager, Dave. He was helpful with his local knowledge and tips. We looked forward to chatting with him. He made our visits that extra bit special.

Fantastic service from David and his team. Really looked after our party of 12.
Bus stop directly outside which can shuttle you to Pen Y Fan, which can avoid the mass queues.

My sister booked this place for our stay in the area while I did the Snowdonia Marathon. Great place. Awesome food. Had dinner 3 times and breakfast once during our 3 night stay. We thought it would be noisy above the pub but it turned out really quiet.

Stopped here for lunch on a weekday. Service and cleanliness very good. I had the BLT Ciabatta which was excellent as were the old fashioned thick hand cut chips. My wife had a jacket potato, also very good. Prices reasonable. Highly recommended.

Am enjoying a lovely stay at the Padarn Hotel, great service, good food and friendly staff - a special thank you to Ana for making some amazing lemon, honey and ginger tea in the morning when I wasn't feeling well! The positive attitude of the staff has made this work trip very enjoyable. The location is also great with the beautiful lake and village. Will definitely be coming back when I'm next up here for work!

We stayed in one of their family rooms for one night and were very impressed. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The food was excellent and there is also a working EV charger on site.

The location is great and the room had a great view of the nature. Kids enjoyed the stay. It has nice restaurant and bar. It is at a walkable distance to most of local attractions.

We walked in for breakfast as non residents. Very pleased. Like residents we could help ourselves to as much tea, coffee, cereal and toast as we wanted all with a great cooked breakfast for less than £10.

I'm really impressed with this place. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bed was comfortable.

Thankyou to Dave the manager for being so helpful and friendly. Kept the chef back to cook food for us after our 7 hour drive. Gave us some super tips for snowdon, and was super friendly. The food was amazing 🤩 and cold glasses for our beers! Thanks will defo be visiting again!

We were in town for the Ultra Trail Snowdonia and had dinner at their restaurant (Bistro 1085) on Saturday (twice actually, first by myself and then again with my husband and a friend after they finished their UTS50k) and decided to visit again on Sunday. The food is great (please try the burger and especially the salted caramel brownie), very affordable and the staff is really friendly. Not sure if we will visit Llanberis again, because we had the best weather (and it can only get worse from here.. ;) ), but if we do, we'll definitely stop by Bistro 1085 again!

We only used the bar and entertainment facilities to the hotel, but it was so clean, tidy, so much awesome entertainment in the reams of pool, darts, sports on thr tv, but also a function room, and a nice menu offering some lovely meals. Definitely one to look out for if your in thr neighbourhood.

We booked a last minute stay @ Padsrn Hotel, one of the best decisions! The staff and the manager ( Dave) was absolutely lovely and so welcoming. The rooms, service, breakfast, cleanliness has been exceptional! We have stayed at many dog friendly hotel but this one has been our favourite so far! Please do not hesitate to book, you will have a lovely time. It’s an 8 minute walk to the llanberis Snowdon path. Thank you so much for your hospitality during our stay, we will definitely be returning in the future :)

Called in wanting lunch, including for my young grandson who is ver particular about what he eats. The manager went out of his way to get something that he would like and all our food was fresh and of a good standard.

Recently had 2 night stay at the Padarn Hotel along with family. Got family room 417 and it was awesome to have a separate kids room with bunk beds.

Excellent location within easy reach of all Llanberis attractions. Friendly staff offering good service and free parking.

We had a very clean, comfortable room with a lovely view.

The only negative was that there was no comfortable lounge area and interiors are a bit dated.
