Stephen and the team transported my piano today and were just brilliant. From start to finish it was incredibly straightforward and hassle-free! It wasn’t the easiest of spaces to get the piano out from before loading on the van, yet they made it look so easy. They took such care of my piano at every step of the way and didn’t leave until they had it set up perfectly! Thank you, I’d have no hesitation using you again.

Excellent service and great quality pianos. I wasn't sure exactly which style or even size of piano I really wanted, and Thomas had great advice and let me spend ages trying loads of different pianos from the extensive stock. I'm very happy with the lovely Yamaha C3 baby grand I chose. The delivery company they use are excellent as well. (we were in the process of moving to Devon!) Highly recommended.

Fantastic service all round. I was looking specifically for a Yamaha U3 between certain years and found it here. Stephen was very knowledgeable and really helped with the sales process. Chris was fantastic at fixing a small issue I’d found and it was resolved within a day of arriving. They also helped to replace my stool which had a small scratch in it. Great product and even better service, thank you.

I can’t speak highly enough of the excellent attention I’ve had from Handel’s pianos. Tom has been wonderfully helpful, given that I live 300 miles away, and nothing has been too much trouble. Communication has been through email, phone and video. At no time did I feel pressured to buy. And now my beautiful piano has arrived and I’m delighted! All credit to all the whole team at Handel’s as it’s obvious that this piano has been very well restored and taken care of, nothing has been skimped. From the first visit to Handel pianos through to the delivery of my Bluthner Baby Grand was an immensely pleasurable experience. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. They gave me as much time and space as I wanted to try out a very wide range of pianos over several visits. The piano I fell in love with needed some cosmetic repair and when delivered I discovered they had really gone the extra mile to make sure the whole instrument was gleaming. The delivery team were hugely professional but also, despite a long day, took the time to share that special moment with me. I would thoroughly recommend Handel pianos and I look forward to working with them to keep my piano in premium condition for years to come.

I bought my Bosendorfer 170 from Handel's after visiting and trying pianos in several different stores in the south. The process of buying the piano was relaxed and I felt reassured that I was dealing with a trustworthy company. The piano was french polished before it was sent, and I was able to see the work to check I was happy. The work done on the case was first class and it looked brilliant. Delivery went smoothly, overall I'm delighted with my purchase.

The best customer service I have ever received. Tom's behavior was so professional as well as friendly, answering all my questions Patiently. I sent lots of messages via whats up asking every sort of queries, from requesting for spare Headphone, piano key to arranging for a special delivery time and received a quick reply to all of them. I purchased a piano from here a few months ago. Service is excellent. They take their time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. My piano came a little tight out the factory and they sent over a piano technician to work their magic and now it performs excellently. Very good and highly recommended.

Tom at Handel was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful seeing as I came in there not really knowing anything! Not once did I feel pressured to make a purchase I wasn’t happy with and came away very pleased. Tom took the time on both my visits to personally take me to the other property to see their full range and gave me real piece of mind when choosing.

My Husband and I have been looking to purchase a Piano for the last 6 months - we came across Handel's website which is one of the best we had seen and was extremely informative.
Originally we were interested in purchasing a secondhand Upright German Piano due to the mellow sound they create - we e-mailed for details of a Ed Seiler being advertised and Tom got back to us straight away with the full history details of the Piano - when we visited the shop they had an excellent range of good quality Piano's on display (New and Secondhand) and it was a pleasure to be able to even talk to one of the Piano restorers on our visit - they really show care and dedication to every Piano on site. Tom and Chris listened to our needs and showed us the range of high quality German Piano's - the sound was crisp and mellow and was absolutely wonderful - Tom and Chris presented each Piano with extensive knowledge of the model and make - they presented each one as being unique and special not just a lovely piece of furniture.
We purchased a lovely new polished Walnut Hoffman Upright Piano before we left the shop which stands pride of place in our home. Handel Piano's is the number 1 place to buy a Piano in the South East - Thank you Tom & Chris - Excellent 5 Star Customer Service!!!!!

Just bought a baby grand from Handel Piano. I travelled from Central London to Sunnningdale to see/test their pianos. They have great choices in their shop. Fantastic Piano hiring service for our annual music festival! Not only is the instrument top of the range but delivery and collection is efficient and convenient with excellent personnel, skilled and friendly. Tuning can also be arranged on days to suit performances. We've used Handel Pianos twice now and they are by far our preferred supplier! Thanks Chris hopefully see you again next year! I just have to write a review, expressing my thanks to Handel Pianos Ltd, for the excellent service I recently experienced. We have been using Handel Pianos to provide the instruments we require for our events, for a number of years now. Pleasingly, the company continues to provide good quality instruments, tuned well and delivered by a friendly, professional team. On our last hire, our client made a mistake and we needed to change the instrument that had been delivered to an alternative style of piano. Whilst most companies would be unwilling to do this, Handel Pianos magically came up with a rescue plan, saving the day! To do this required quick thinking, changes to personal plans for the rest of the day and the willingness to do whatever it takes to satisfy their customer fully. So pleased to see this sort of additional care still exists in today's society. Although sadly very rare! Thank you so much again, Matt (Director), KALEIDOSCOPE MUSIC LTD.

My father loved classical piano music. For his memorial service recently Handel Piano's delivered a piano to the Church so that we could have a recital during the service.
