Awful service when trying to return a parcel from Amazon using a QR code, first they refused to take the parcel as it wasn't wrapped in tape despite the instructions clearly saying they will do the packaging for you then their camera wouldn't print the QR code. Me and 4 other customers had the same issue today. They were also very rude which is why they lost a customer today

I wouldn't use this shop to return Evri parcels, every time I've been the machine behind the counter has suspiciously been "out of order"

They need to remove this as a service if they are not going to offer it and I have tried multiple times

They've lost another local customer because of this
