Fantastic stay, the site is lovely. Well looked after and had everything we needed. The staff on hand were really helpful, we had an issue with the electrics when hitching our caravan and had to make a trip to Bangor for a part. Reception were so helpful, no issues with our slightly later departure and the guys who tried to get us sorted were really helpful! Would love to come and stay again!

Stayed here for the weekend with some friends and had a lovely time! The views and river are gorgeous. Facilities clean and shower powerful and hot! The staff were absolutely wonderful! So friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! A special shout out to Mark who noticed some metal detached from under my car (which I had previously and unsuccessfully tried to fix myself) and offered to help re attach it which he did! We had a very long journey home and it's still attached! 😁 Would definitely come back!

Loved our stay.. the staff were so welcoming and just couldn’t do enough for you.
Facilities were brilliant and cleaned everyday..
The staff are improving facilities all the time keeping everywhere as nice as possible.. lovely lake to play in.. kid and dog friendly with two play areas.. weather was quite adverse but we had an adventurous time.. with plenty of places to visit and local activities to do..
can’t wait to plan our next visit!!

Stunning campsite, even though it's big, it's so quiet. Very clean HOT showers, stunning river my girls loved swimming in, play park was well maintained. The staff were super helpful, polite & friendly. We are making Bryn Gloch our summer annual camping site.

Great location for climbing Snowdon. We did the Snowdon Ranger path, 7 min drive and £6 car park at the bottom of the path.

Staff we’re helpful and friendly.

My only issue was that I have a private plate on the car and each time we needed to get back into the campsite we had to call the wardens number to come and let us in. Bit annoying but wasn’t an issue.

We were located on field 6, lovely stream/river behind the site near the BBQ area for a cold dip!

We had 3 plots with electricity.

Bathroom facilities were great, 2 toilets and 3 bathrooms with showers and toilets. Cleaned twice a day.

3 of our 4 day stays were dry so the bathrooms were in a good condition, maybe on rainy days the cleaning should be upped as it was quite muddy on the last day.

Awesome clean site. Very tidy and staff friendly. Would have loved to have been here for longer than 1 night. Bust stop just outside the site was useful.

Big site, friendly staff. We had a static caravan for our family plus dog. Good location with walks up hills from the doorstop, 12 minute drive to Carnarvon, 20 minutes to Llanberis or beach.

Camping in very beautiful surroundings, perfectly organized, all amenities clean and prepared for guests. The only problem I noticed was the insufficient number of toilets and dishwashing points in field no. 3. Apart from that, everything was tip top. I highly recommend it.

This site is managed beautifully.
The entire Bryn Gloch Team are incredibly friendly, helpful, efficient and welcoming. Regardless of whether it is an interaction with grounds maintenance or reception, every single member of staff upheld the same high standards of customer care.
The site was immaculate. Showers, toilets, pathways, pitches, dog walk, play areas, picnic areas, laundry room... everything was absolutely spotless.
The location itself is stunning and the site seems to have found a really good balance of catering for dog owners, families with children, couples of all ages etc. without having any one group be a nuisance to another.
A first rate site by anyone's standards

Stayed on this campsite as we had planned to walk Snowdon. The location of the campsite was fantastic with only a short drive to the beginning of the walk. The campsite itself was very well maintained & the shower blocks were cleaned regularly. The staff were extremely helpful. Will definitely return in the future.

What an amazing site.

I stayed here for 3 nights to support a friend who was taking on an amazing challenge for the HDA.
Everything that I needed was provided or dealt with. The team is amazing. Even to the point on the wettest days of the year, staying past their finish time to welcome and cheer on my mate Phil.
The sites incredible, awesome location and the facilities are excellent.
Some reviews make me laugh. The site is tended well. Even wild flowers knocking about. Kids have plenty of space and play areas, even a football pitch.
Yes, it rained heavily, and that's part of the gamble of camping. However, the site seemed to drain well even after some of the worst weather this year.
Some queing at the shepherd hut toilets. I don't really know why as there is a block of toilets 2 minutes walk away.
Fully serviced pitch with power and water. Worked a treated.
Great location with some lovely views. Snowdon is 10 mins drive away.

Beautiful calm camping location. The views are beautiful, the campsites are spacious and the campsite is lively but not busy (even when fully booked). Very dog-friendly, with enough places to walk your dog.
Good location from which to climb Snowdon or Cadair Idris.
Owners/employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They're also very willing to offer advice or tips for the area if you want!

Absolute gem of a place, stunning scenery all around you. Our first visit but not our last, will be back very soon...! Set in an idyllic location in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. The park and facilities were all spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. There are play areas for the kids, and there is a beautiful picnic / BBQ area with the river running by. Arrived quite late, and we had a problem with the power in our camper on day one, but the staff were brilliant in helping and getting a repair person to us, so all was fixed by day 2. If you've not been, definitely one to put on your bucket list and visit soon.

Lovely friendly management staff, very clean facilities with great showers - good water pressure and nice and hot. Clean toilets. Nice flat grass pitches with stunning views between two mountains. Play area for kids and small shallow river alongside site with picnic tables alongside.

Stayed here for 2 nights to do the walk up Snowdon (which was a great experience). The Ranger trail is about a 45 minute walk from the camp site along a country road with no path or 10 mins in a car, there is a car park at the YHA at the base of the trail with about 30 spaces, I recommend getting there early. There is a bus that runs along the road too, but not very regularly.
The camp park was very clean, lovely large pitches, and ideally located for my walk. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and were able to offer answers to any of my questions. Although fairly small, the shop stocked all the essentials. Beautiful picturesque scenery all around. If I had a tiny gripe, I think the field I was in would have benefited more from extra toilet and shower facilities for the number of people there.
I'd definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place, perfect views, facilities clean and plenty of them. On arrival our pitch was water logged, but the kind gentleman guided us to an even perfect location, couldn't fault this place

Lovely area, site well managed and patrolled by staff. Toilets good. Staff have excellent knowledge of area. We got the bus right outside the site to Caernarfon, and dropped back outside, £7 for 2 returns. £6 to park at the castle.

Absolutely beautiful place. Great toilets and showers. Very friendly and helpful staff. Weather wasn't brilliant but we still managed a great time. The pool tables in the game room could be better, but I didn't go to play pool. Lady on reception was fairly new so her local expertise wasn't brilliant but that didn't stop her from giving us as much help as she could with the offer of finding out more if we wished.

Looking for a campsite for Camping or staying in a caravan local to snowdonia? then I would highly recommend. The veiws are 10/10 the staff are great and the sight is well laid out and clean. All your showers and toilets have to be some of the best if seen on a campsite before. Will be going again. Thank you for having us

Excellent location with lovely and helpful staff, we made a later reservation but the lady was kind enough to help us through the whole process, we even recommended it to some other friends who joined us over the weekend. Thanks again for your service. I totally recommend them to anyone who would want to enjoy the marvelous scenery of the national park. Thanks :)
