Brilliant knowledgeable staff. The are always happy to help or just nerd out for a bit about all things herp.
Shop always has a stock of live/ frozen or packaged food.
Wide selection of Vivariums, lighting, heating and decor, as well as a great selection of live plants.
Pretty much has every thing you could want or need and if there’s any thing they currently don’t have they are happy to order in for you if they can.
Resident/ boarding and for sale animals are well looked after with great habitats.
Highly recommended.

the staff are always so helpful, they take the time to make sure you have the right knowledge and they make sure you give the best care to your animals. i have always had a good experience in this shop and it makes me feel so happy when im asked about how my frog is doing. The staff really do show they care and its really appreciated!

We LOVE grange reptiles! All the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. They made my daughters birthday so special by getting everything ready in time for Lucy The Beardies arrival and the after care is fantastic. They take their time explaining about the animals and their habitats to my two children and they obviously care so much about their jobs and the animals they look after. We have brought two bearded dragons from them and they are wonderful pets, healthy and very well fed 😜

A wonderful place to visit, to buy and to get advice from. Very lucky to have them so close and both my kids love going for a visit 😀

Very helpful, we bought our Python from a shop in Farnborough but given terrible advice, so visited Grange Reptiles for information and CORRECT bedding to raise humidity to assist our snake. Great stock, One stop shop for your reptiles needs... We were also met by the giant tortoise (see photo)

Stuart is Very very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The red head can have an attitude at times, and not be that helpful - very matter of a fact, but depends what day you get her on. Over all we love this place ❤

I’ve been using this shop for about 3/4 years. I will not go anywhere else. They are more than just a ‘reptile’ shop, they give out such informative advice. On top of that they are a really friendly team. The other two reptiles shops close by, you walk in and they don’t help you at all and they just sit on their phone- which personally makes me feel awkward- whereas at Grange reptiles they are always happy to assist you. 🦎

I have recommended so many people to come to guys and they have. They won’t go anywhere else now (even though they have to travel quite a bit).💚

Bought my little tortoise here just over a year ago and the man working was so incredibly helpful and gave us all the knowledge we needed and handed us a great link for what food our tortoise can & can’t have! We have been several times since for tortoise bedding and to have a wonder. Such a wide variety of reptiles in the store and every time we’re always greeted with a smile and always offered help! I look forward to purchasing more reptiles and essentials from here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I recommend this place to all friends and family! Fantastic people in this shop, I inherited a tortoise and knew nothing they took loads of time to explain everything that we needed and how to care for her and I could not fault their service and care. Thank you

the staff are amazing. Popped in 3 times in as many days and they were so helpful and knowledgable on exactly what was needed or any issues I had. A bulb I purchased was faulty and it was swapped with no questions. A big thanks to the staff 👏

Shame to read negative reviews I personally had a brilliant service. We purchased 3 fish today. Very friendly owner. He even helped load the fish in the boot of the car. He was very patient when we were selecting our fish too which was nice. Highly recommend. And we will be returning.

Excellent. Brandon had all the time and enthusiasm in the world to help my son obtain our first family pet - Jelly the Gecko. He walked us through exactly what we needed and how to look after her. Nothing was too much trouble and his enthusiasm was infectious. It's so refreshing to to support a small business and see the passion the staff have for reptiles and their job.

Bought my Horsfield from here 2 years ago and all the service was just perfect, they helped with all the set up and gave guidance on how to take care of the tortoise, since then I am a regular shopper, the shop is not too big but they have all necesary accesories for the reptiles.
Very helpfull and knowledgeable staff, will recommend to everyone who have reptiles and to whoever would like to start they adventure with reptiles.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff who clearly have their animals' welfare as their main priority. The shop is very well stocked and they didn't over sell or take advantage of my mum - a reptile novice who would've bought any and everything they recommended - which shows their quality. Very impressed.
